This is a newish hotel located in the buzzing heart of Brussels' trendy district of St Gery. The room was very well-appointed and comfortable - the bed especially - and it was spotlessly clean. Fine small hotel in a terrific location in central Brussels, just steps from the Metro. My room (#11) was perfect with three large windows and three small balconies. Perfect location. The rooms were very comfortable with great tall windows with big heavy curtains that open up wide to let the fresh air in. The bathroom was clean and nicely decorated with great towels and (1?) bathrobe. In contrast the bed linens were terrible. Loved the Hotel Orts! The rooms are decorated nicely--large, clean, and modern. The service is extremely polite, friendly, and helpful. The location is really convenient with shopping, restaurants (Kasbah, Bonsoir Clara, le Pain Quotidien) and tourist sights all within a short walk.
