The picture and reality is two different thing. my family and I was so miserable in the apartment. i cried in the room no tv no wifi also only a window to look at the sky above. we had to stand on the sofa to look out. The stairs to go up was too dangerous for my 6 years old.... More

Due to red alert in Brussels we asked them to change the dates, but they refused and charged us instead! Very unprofessional and impolite. Even major hotel chains and airline carriers are having a special refunding policy and are flexible to last minute changes due to the red alert, so their behavior is just unacceptable! We do not recommend anyone... More

Very brief summary.... Cash payment demanded on arrival before viewing the apartment, now I know why! Apartment is old, tired, extremely dirty and is not habitable. Bathroom is disgusting, foul smelling, towels not changed. Bedroom is like something out of a prison cell. Had to leave as these apartments were so bad and book into a new hotel. Requested refund... This place is in a very good location, close to the city center - where that's a lot to see! However, this place is very dirty and smells so bad that I would recommend that you stay somewhere else. The towels are small and old, the furniture is very run out, the windows are so dirty that makes it hard... More

Let's start with something positive. This "apartment" is actually in a really nice and quiet area and you have shops within a few mins walking and a bar a minute up the street. So in terms of that, fine! Also I will note, we parked outside and didn't pay the 20 euro asked and we didn't get a ticket over... More

This place is simply awful. We were sold a three bed apartment, which turned out to mean a terrible double bed, sofa bed (PVC covering thin, cheap foam) and a zed bed which looked about 30 years old and had been seriously in the wars (if you catch my drift). Thank goodness our third guest couldn't make it! The owners... More

Disappointing. One towel for 2 nights (for 2 people), no tea or coffee, sheets / pillow / duvet had marks on them (didn't feel clean) and shower drain overflowed. Having raised all of these issues, requesting an additional towel and the shower problem, nothing was rectified by staff at any point. A fair walk from central Brussels. At checkin we... More

The main advantage of this hotel is that it's cheap. The room was surprisingly big for the value, but not that attractive. It is in a relatively walking distance from the centre, but in the evenings we preferred to take the public transport as it is up the hill. The bathroom wasn't in a good condition, the kitchen doesn't have... More

If you are on a tight budget and are not worried about a dirty apartment, then this is the place for you. On arrival my partner and I were shown our room... which was down a set of creepy stairs and into the basement (literally). We had to negotiate our way past a days worth of smelly piled dirty laundry... More

We stayed here for 2 nights as part of a mini European tour. It was a great place to stay for a short trip, however we were glad it was only for 2 nights and no longer. We stayed in a 'duplex' apartment - downstairs was the combined living room/bedroom, upstairs was the kitchen and bathroom. The downstairs living room... More
