As an avid leisure- traveler, and frequenter of design hotels in Europe, I found this one to be totally disappointing. In fact, I found nothing design about it at all. We stayed here whilst visiting an exhibition at the end of September 2009. The rooms are very modern and clean. The staff are fantastic and really helpful. We will certainly be booking in here again next time we visit Brussels - what a gem. There are some great restaurants nearby in Place Sainte-Catherine. The hotel also has free wifi. more

We stayed for two nights in early August. The room/hotel was as nice as the pictures, the staff were very accommodating--we arrived drenched at 930am and they got us to our room immediately, and the location was ideal--a short walk to the major attractions. Great hotel in excellent location, close to metro and Grand Place. Found hotel through Eurostar package so good value. Tasty breakfast. Had room at back of hotel so nice and quiet. Helpful staff. more
