a very modern hotel with a very open spaced, fantastically furnished atrium and lobby! the staff were very friendly and helpful despite the very busy check in (which never seemed to stop!). the breakfast was great, and you can sit anywhere in the large bar and dining area or even outside in the (again) wonderfully furnished outdoor area. the room... Stayed here for 3 nights and had a fantastic stay. The reception lady, Doris, was very friendly and welcoming. I requested a big room and she gave us a complementary upgrade, no problem. The room was spacious, modern and had a large balcony. The whole hotel had a modern look, with the reception area having the appearance and ambience of... More

Minimalist, minuscule rooms: no wardrobe, very little space for your luggage. Still, they are (very) comfortable. The establishment has been entirely renovated in early 2014, I believe. The bed is super-comfortable with excellent bedding; the bathroom is also minimalist, but with very good, thick towels. Fair continental breakfast (fresh fruit salad!) for just 7.50 €. Overall, the comfort is unbeatable... More

Motel one is an excellent choice if You're travelling to Brussels on business matters. The location is excellent, 3 minutes walking from Brussels Central which is 15 minutes by train from the airport. The rooms are spacious and extremely clean, there is a huge LCD in all rooms + a full wall-sized window. The bathroom is with a tub, but... More

Motel One is located near the city center of Brussels. It is a very busy hotel so I expected it to be better than what I found. The room was small and there was no wardrobe in the room. You had to hang on your clothes on some hangers around the room. The bad was comfortable while the bathroom was... More

Good: We liked location, it was only 5-10 minute walk to the city center, and in a safe and quiet neighbourhood. Design is as nice as in pictures. Breakfast was okay: sandwich things, jams, nutella, pastry, boiled eggs, all the special types of bread (gluten-free etc), lactose-free milk, and coffee was quite good. Bed was very comfortable, cleaning done well... More

Everything is...ok. Fairly new. Clean, tiny rooms. Similar to other Motel Ones, but lacking in-room coffee/tea (I hate having to get dressed and travel in search of a first cup of coffee). Girl who checked me in was new and made several mistakes, including trying to charge me for a prepaid room and giving me wifi only for part of... More

other than difficulty with the wifi signal at peak time this hotel proved exceptional in all areas. the location appears to be in an office district but is a stone's throw from the royal palace and a nice park. it was a safe area without the tourist traffic. a 10 minute walk from central station up some rough cobblestone sidewalks...
