On a business trip. It's a really really basic hotel. Absolutely no room service available, arrived close to midnight and had to sleep on an empty stomach as a result. And in fact no restaurant either it seems. Had breakfast, which was fine. Then had to venture out at night after an all day work meeting to buy a kebab... More

This is an ideal base for a visit to the Belgium capital. Very well connected with a tram stop and a metro station in easy walking distance. Opposite the King Baudouin Stadium and 10 minutes walk to the Atomium. Arrival by car is easy as it is just off the Brussels Ring Road, there is free limited parking (we had... More

This hotel is absolute rubbish. A cupboard of a room no hot water and a broken curtain rail. It was depressing really. It cost €96 a night. That's soft money. It started to rain whil I was sleeping and the broken chute woke me! I could( if I wished) have had a wee while still in bed. I'm 6' and... More

Not in the center of the city but walking distance from the Atomium. We had the smallest room I have ever seen. The room was just a little big bigger than the double bed in the center. Nowhere to put the suitcase. No heating in the room during November. We had to wear warm clothes during the night in order... More

Stayed at this hotel for Belgium v Wales football match. Hotel is located just across the road from the stadium and only a couple of minutes walk from the Metro line 6 which you can get into the city centre on within 15 minutes. There are a few bars and a supermarket within a short distance. Check in was quick... More

Arrived late not the nicest exterior. Check in OK. Tiny, tiny room. Tea making facilities, good & very good wi-fi! Nice bed slept well, although traffic a little noisy. Bathroom cosy, struggled to shave in wash basin, quite why it needed a tissue box exactly where your shoulders are I don't know. Main issue was breakfast, the hot water for... More

Stayed here as my company attended an exhibition at the Expo centre. The Expo centre is only about 500m from the hotel so super convenient. Not much in the area, but some reasonable restaurants about 1km south down the road. The hotel is simple (no bar, very limited car parking) with small rooms but is clean and tidy and the... More

Nothing special but rooms are clean and comfortable. Simple room with a double bed, desk, TV and bedside cabinet. No frills. Kettle and tea/ coffee included. Reception staff very helpful. I asked for directions to a supermarket and also for an iron and both requests were dealt with very quickly and kindly. Fantastic location for atomium/ mini Europe/ Heysel metro.... More

Close by to my destination which was great. Price good. Kettle etc. provided. Shower leaked and the safety chain was broken. Room had brick wall outside window and smelt of cigarette smoke (do they have smoke alarms? The official answer was "oh yes, but you just can't stop people smoking ..."). Check whether breakfast is included. Be prepared for room... More

The room was small with a challengingly small double bed, which was springy - a bit like a trampoline. That meant that when one of us turned over in the night the other bounced up and down and woke. The neighbourhood is quiet enough, close to the Expo park and Atomium, and suited us due to proximity to some friends.... More
