Mixed feelings: rather than a room we were given a mini apartment with a 2 single beds put together, a table, a small bathroom and a kitchenette, which might be useful it you want to cook your own meals; on the other hand, breakfast is not served in a "common room" as the owner leaves you in the fridge something... Villa du heysel is really the best place to stay in Brussels! Standard and service is excellent in nice location nearby Atomium, Royal estate and Orient Museum. I stayed in three different places at the time I spend in Brussels and this one was definitely the best. It is also close to the metro station and just nearby the tram... More

Great stay here! The room was clean, well furnished and fun. The breakfast was tasty and the owner was very nice!

Located close to the Atomium and to the Ring. Sometimes parking is not so easy. Good restaurants are at walking distance.

I stayed 5 days at this very charming guest house in order to attend the Exhibition Center in Brussels and had a pleasant stay. Prices are affordable in comparison to other hotels in the suburb and you could have your breakfast whenever you want in your room (there are small kitchens and eating tables in each rooms). For my part,... More

The room does not have windows that could allow for proper cross ventilation of air. As we tend to summer time therefore, the room requires at least a fan for air circulation

Myself,my husband & our 22 month old baby stayed at this property & we really enjoyed our experience. Good things about this B&B is that its very clean, beautifully done, trams stop just in front of teh property, metro line is 2 blocks away, Automium & Mini Europe is 2-5 min walk from there & there was 2 sandwich bars... We always enjoy our stays at the Villa du Heysel. For the same price, the suite is much bigger than a traditional hotel room. We are frequently returning to this place in order to attend fairs at the Brussels Expo Exhibition center. I recommend this place.
