Got taken to Brussels for a weekend city break. Was completely ruined by staying at this hotel. We had out camera and money stolen from within the hotel room. The manager showed no concern or provided any help. He ws rude and so were staff. the camera and money isn't the problem, I couldn't stop stirring over the bad customer... more

It is just a pity that one is not able to give this place a minus rating - it was just awful from walking through the door into the reception. We were kept waiting 15, yes 15, minutes to check in while the receptionist dealt with another customer and did not even acknowledge our existence. You want breakfast, well I... more

I stayed here for two nights and had a very pleasant stay. My room was very comfortable and very good value for Brussels. I had a small problem with the internet cable but the staff helped me (and €10 for a day's surfing is very good for a Western European hotel). Breakfast was simple but perfectly adequate (again, €20 is... more

After 14 hours travelling, I finally arrived tired and fed up, when I went to check in after waiting several minutes to be let in the security entrance I had to fill out an extensive form - considering the hotel already had most of this information from my online reservation, can they not enter it into their system prior to... more

Room was nice - clean and modern. Location is good. However, first problem was trying to use advertised hi-speed internet. I had to "hire" a cable, which means they turn on the connection for your room, at a fixed 10Euro per night charge and the service is really slow. Apparently, there is free wifi in reception, but I couldn't access... more

The hotel was nearly empty, even though I was given a tiny room, with 50cm each side of the bed. On Saturday morning the hotel breakfast room was closed, but as this hotel is linked with The Hotel des Colonies a cheaper hotel, I had to have breakfast in Hotel des Colonies' breakfast room. Coffee was from a self service... more

I have been making a tour of Brussels hotels as I am in town once a week. - Hotel Amigo, Plaza, NH Atlanta, Royal Windsor etc. This one came up 4* so thought that I would try. Only one review on Trip Advisor. This is not a 4* hotel, it is not terrible, but the rating is off. Booked via... more

This is the best hotel that I have stayed in Brussels. It is a very new hotel, in a recently rennovated building and you can tell that extra attention to detail has been paid here. It is situated right on Place Rogier, in the heart of Brussels. It is 100 metres from the underground station and the beginning of Rue... more
