Perfect hotel for a short stay in Brussles . Close to Midi train and bus station. Very comfortable and clean. We arrived late at night staff were friendly and very helpful. We were delighted to be able to get tea and coffee facilities so late.

We recently spent a night at this hotel, on our way to Bruges. The staff was very nice and the location is excellent (our room had a great view of the city hall). The room was a bit small, but comfortable, although a bit odd - a spiral staircase led to the bathroom, located in a lower floor. Nice TV.... More

The hotel met and surpassed expectations. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent as it is steps away from many interesting places. Also very close from train station, restaurants, main sqaure and museums.

We had difficulty finding this place. The male receptionist (bald headed) was very rude and treated us like idiots as though we didn't understand him in english. We also hung the make up room sign on our door but when we returned, the room was not cleaned up. The location of the hotel was good but overall, the receptionist made... More

Lying just off the Grand Place, it's a good place to stay if discounts are available (80-90 eur). Rooms are simple yet clean, beds are a bit simplistic, bathrooms are quite new and well equipped. Metro is also a short walk away.

Got a good rate for this hotel online. Considering the price we paid less than 90 euro a night it offers a great central location for Brussels. Grand Place is 2 minutes away as Central metro and train station. Rooms are not enormous but are clean and comfortable. Hotel offer grab and go type breakfast (snack types) and this is... More

We had a bit of difficulty finding it as our taxi man dropped us off 5 mins walk away, room was fine basic, our shower was on the same level within the circular bathroom, the shower curtain barely covered a body, so we couldn't put the shower hose up, it was a bit of a nightmare and my room mate... Charming hotel just the Gran Place. The check in was pretty late at 15:00 but there were plenty of places nearby to grab a coffee, bite to eat or a glass of something stronger. The staff were lovely, Linda in particular (the Spanish receptionist) deserves a special mention. Had a smile for everyone and was a real joy to chat... More

The location is excelent, 3 minutes' walk to Grand place, 5 minutes' walk to Central station. The rooms are just OK, beds are quite old and some rooms have inappropriate bathrooms. The rooms overloking the street are very loud.

Hotel Alma is located just a very short walk from the Grand Place. A very convenient base from where to discover Brussels. Given this location it's hard to reach by car: count on it that you will have to walk a bit to reach the hotel. Rooms are clean and up to date. The hotel doesn't serve breakfast: there's a... More
