Hotel right in the centre, close to clubs, bars, grand place and cs. Nice & clean room, NL tv and good price. No much noise despite front-room (however, the locks of other rooms very audible). One of the reception staff (night shift) was very unfriendly, rude and horrible (all 3 days), Airco automaticaly turned on in the night, was much... more

Although the front desk refused to supply extra towels, this is a fresh renewed hotel in the middle of Brussels with a very decent price (54 Euros / night - DBL room). Clean, safe, silent (our room was in the back), close to city parking, close to "grand plaza". more

The Alma Grand Palace Hotel sits in a wonderful location to the Grand Place and Brussels Central Train Station. The rooms were incredibly spacious (we booked a quad room which gave us a "double decker" room with a spiral stair case - and were able to put our teenagers in the adjoining upstairs room which they loved). The rooms were... more

Off the main square on an alley - a tattoo parlor on one side and a 'skinhead shop' on the other! Not a place one would choose when Brussels is full of good hotels. The place is clean but offers nothing without a separate charge including the internet; phone calls; luggage stoage or coffee. more

I can definitly recommend the Alma when you`re looking for a nice, clean spot close to many attractions and restaurant. The hotel is close to the Grand Marché in a small street which is quite. The rooms are big enough, the style is not really beautique but also not the same boring standard you find everywhere. The stuff is friendly... more

I couldn’t believe the price we paid 192 Euros for 5 of us! It was so cheap for such a central, clean, and beautifully presented hotel! We walked very easily from the station to the hotel. Check in was a breeze. The hotel has been refurbished to a minimalistic modern style. Bathroom was great – although didn’t have a window.... more

We booked this hotel for one night on a travel website. We paid about 77 euro a night. During our trip, my husband and I stayed in 9 different European cities and over 12 diferent hotels. Of the 12 hotels, Alma Grande Place Hotel was about the cheapest, but was definitely one of the nicest. Our room had a king... more

This hotel is in a good location and close to many shops and restaurants but there were several things that were plain unimpressive. One - the front desk people were so indifferent and bordered on rude. While they do speak English, they seemed very disinterested in helping us with any questions we had. We asked how we can get from... more
