Really good option if you are a tourist and you are looking for a hotel close to everything you want to visit like it was in my case. The room was big and soundproof (or at list we didn't listen any noise even though the room was in front of the lifts), the bathroom was well equipped and very clean.... More

The rooms are quite small. But if you are on a business trip that is satisfactory. Walking distance to everywhere. Very helpful employees. A little bit old hotel furniture. No city view. Moderate price, I will stay in this hotel again in my next trip.

We arrived at the Best Western Hotel Royal on Friday afternoon. We pulled the car up, immediately outside the front and bought our luggage in. The parking is just round the corner and required a little walk, but it was good that we could unload before having to park the car. The hotel itself, on arrival, seemed very dated. However... More

Clean room, free wifi, enjoyable breakfast, lovely staff. Very close to city center and conveninet for your budget. Although they don't have a free parking, you can find easily in front of it, or around some areas for your car.

Just a 15 minute nice walk to the Grand Place and 10 minutes to central station this Best Western Hotel is very good value for money, apart from the breakfast which us where they try to recoup some revenue. The room, at least ours, was clean, nest and a bit cramped. There was an inexpensive mini bar but no tea... More

If you are tired of the fuzz and the tourist crowds around Grand Place, but still in need of a central location, this hotel is not a bad possibilty. Compared to so many hotels in Brussels, which are either overpriced or in urgent need for renovation, this one offers a fair balance between price and quality. A wide range of... More

The hotel is located not far from the city center. Refurbished rooms, clean and provide a sense of comfort. Although the bathroom is small but useful, clean and well renovated. Without a doubt I will recommend to friends.

The photo on the Trip Adivisor web-page for this hotel could have been taken in the room we were given: —neat, clean lines, modern fittings, good lighting from the street, comfortable bed, nicely-proportioned room, enough hanging space. We were lucky to have been given a recently upgraded/renovated room. (But according to other reviewers, not all rooms are this quality). Yes,... More

Typically Best Western should provide good quality, but unfortunately I wasnt too impressed on this one. + central location + fantastic front desk staff + ok breakfast - room; old decor, lots of dustballs under the bed. Radio system started to alarm in the middle of the night and had serious troubles to switch it off due to engineer-look-a-like solution... More
