A pleasant hotel very much in the style of any other Best Western (not a Premier though). Comfortable rooms, a small bar and good breakfast. Friendly staff. It's a 15 minute walk into the centre of town with plenty of public transport and taxis passing all the time.

My wife and I stayed here for two nights. Although our room was spacious, quiet and with comfortable beds our room had quite a few shortcomings that made our stay not very enjoyable. The Wi-Fi service was very low strength and one had to go out in the hallway and stand under the Wi-Fi ceiling-mounted unit in order to send... More

This is supposed to be a four-star hotel, but in reality it’s a two or, at most, three-star rating at best compared to hotels in North America, the UK and other European countries. Briefly: 1: At breakfast, the drinks machine broke down. Guests weren’t told about another drinks machine in the bar area. Had to wait 15-20 minutes for the... More

Hotel is in a decent location, about 10 minute walk from Grand Place and is amazing value for money, we paid about £100 for 2 nights! But like a lot of European hotels this is not a genuine 4 star hotel, it is pretty basic but nice enough and clean. The lady behind reception was very friendly polite and extremely... More

location of this hotel was good. near the central station, ideal for the airport and trips to Bruges, Ghent and Ypres. the breakfast could have been better. One day came down at 9.30 pm and most of the pastry was finished and nothing to top it up. The eggs were always scrambled and kind of hard as they sit on... More

For a short citytrip in Brussel this hotel has the perfect location. Tram stops in front of the hotel and almost everything in the center is on walking distance. Friendly Staff at the reception. Coach parking 10 minutes walk on boulevard Pachecho. Breakfast is really limited, small room and crowded around 8 am. Limited choice and not really special. Room... More

I'm sure that for 45€ per night (breakfast included) I couldn't get a better service in Brussels. The staff was really nice, the room and bathroom were clean and all worked well. Me and my girlfriend, we really enjoyed our week at this hotel. The location was also good.

Me and my husband visited Brussels as a get away. We arrived at botanique metro station walked towards the shops and found the hotel straight away. We were given a beautiful suite with sofas and queen size bed as we said it was our honeymoon and the room was immaculate everytime we returned from our days out. Grand place town... More

We were awskened on our first morning by constitution taking place at 7 AM. We heard sanding, scraping, banging and power tools from the room directly above us. We complained to the reception and were told they would leave a note for the workers not to begin until after 9. The next morning the sounds began at 7:30. I called... More

Just had 3 nights at this hotel. It was really good. 80 euros for 3 nights b and b, we'll worth it. The easiest tram station is the Parc stop. 5 minute walk in a straight line from there. The location is great. Quiet place. It is on a main road but we weren't affected by the noise at all.... More
