The hotel is located not far from the city center. Refurbished rooms, clean and provide a sense of comfort. Although the bathroom is small but useful, clean and well renovated. Without a doubt I will recommend to friends.

The photo on the Trip Adivisor web-page for this hotel could have been taken in the room we were given: —neat, clean lines, modern fittings, good lighting from the street, comfortable bed, nicely-proportioned room, enough hanging space. We were lucky to have been given a recently upgraded/renovated room. (But according to other reviewers, not all rooms are this quality). Yes,... More

Typically Best Western should provide good quality, but unfortunately I wasnt too impressed on this one. + central location + fantastic front desk staff + ok breakfast - room; old decor, lots of dustballs under the bed. Radio system started to alarm in the middle of the night and had serious troubles to switch it off due to engineer-look-a-like solution... More

I was welcomed at 8 pm by a friendly concierge however things starting going quickly downhill. Although a rich room-service menu was advertised at the reception, the only available food was pizza or lasagne (sorry kitchen is closed!). The room was OK, the bed was big and comfortable, however the thick curtains do not keep out much of the bright... More

A pleasant hotel very much in the style of any other Best Western (not a Premier though). Comfortable rooms, a small bar and good breakfast. Friendly staff. It's a 15 minute walk into the centre of town with plenty of public transport and taxis passing all the time.

My wife and I stayed here for two nights. Although our room was spacious, quiet and with comfortable beds our room had quite a few shortcomings that made our stay not very enjoyable. The Wi-Fi service was very low strength and one had to go out in the hallway and stand under the Wi-Fi ceiling-mounted unit in order to send... More

This is supposed to be a four-star hotel, but in reality it’s a two or, at most, three-star rating at best compared to hotels in North America, the UK and other European countries. Briefly: 1: At breakfast, the drinks machine broke down. Guests weren’t told about another drinks machine in the bar area. Had to wait 15-20 minutes for the... More

Hotel is in a decent location, about 10 minute walk from Grand Place and is amazing value for money, we paid about £100 for 2 nights! But like a lot of European hotels this is not a genuine 4 star hotel, it is pretty basic but nice enough and clean. The lady behind reception was very friendly polite and extremely... More

location of this hotel was good. near the central station, ideal for the airport and trips to Bruges, Ghent and Ypres. the breakfast could have been better. One day came down at 9.30 pm and most of the pastry was finished and nothing to top it up. The eggs were always scrambled and kind of hard as they sit on... More
