I booked a four night stay at the The Floris Hotel as a surprise for my husbands birthday. Luckily, I had read reviews for this hotel before travelling to Brussels and was aware that the name had changed to the Augustin Hotel and we were likely to experience some renovation work during our visit. That said, we found the hotel... More

Used my airline miles to book a room here and was not disappointed. Our room was large and spotlessly clean. My husband is a fanatic when it comes to wifi (he takes a lot of photos and needs to download them)& this was one of the best we've seen in Europe. Location can't be beat either-lovely tree lined street with... More

Booked this hotel using airline points for a 1 night layover in Brussels. Got a great rate on a room for a family of four--very difficult to find in Europe, especially a major city like Brussels. Hotel was perfectly situated: a short walk from the train station and a short direct walk to shops and restaurants around the Grand Place.... More

Stayed at the Augustin Hotel during work trip in Brussels. Very close to Annesseens metro station, easy to travel to European Quarter, and key sights such as manneken piss, grand place etc. are only a short walk away. Also close to Eurostar station midi but would avoid walking to that direction as it's pretty restless that way. Hotel was being... More

Me and my wife stayed in Room 402 which was superb, spotless, very comfortable and spacious. Great location, the staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfasts were excellent. There are a good number of little cafes and pubs nearby. It is only 10 minutes walk from the station and the Grand Platz square. Would definitely stay here again.

I stayed in this hotel with my friend and with my two teenage children. We had a reservation for Floris Avenue Hotel but entered to the Augustin. This was a little bit confusing because we had some difficulties to find a hotel. In anyway, this hotel is located in a quiet street between Grand Place and Gare du Midi, about... More

I was few times in this hotel (also known as Floris Avenue). It has great position in quiet street between Grand Place and Gare du Midi, both in 10 minute easy walk, step by step. Large rooms, very clean, solid breakfast and good service. I recomend this hotel and will be my option for the next trip to BRU

4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 18, 2015

We stayed from 15th - 18th Feb. '15. Be aware that it's not currently peak season, thus the hotel is under renovation/updating itself, so it may not portray itself as 4 star. On approach, you won't know which hotel is yours. The sign is on the floor and there's scaffolding up (one strip, not loads - which also explains why... More
