We tried to book this hotel for our next trip to Brussels. The booking was confirmed via email however when finalizing the details, we called the hotel for some further information in regards to our trip and our room. Surprise... The receptionist was rude, claiming that my reservation was not on his system and that somehow it was my fault... More

First off, 4 star? Ah, no. Not even by European standards. 3 star would be a lot closer and even then a bit generous. The hotel is not near as upscale as they would like to portray themselves. There are sever positives though. The staff were friendly and very helpful when I had questions. I was upgraded to a very... More

Very pleasant hotel, lovely room, handy for the train station and the city centre, shops, main square, restaurants and bars. Very reasonable priced and very quiet at night. Would definitely stay there again. Helpful staff and reasonable breakfast.

We've been there since 11 untill 16 of june: We've found it with last minute hotel, it was a "secret hotel". The discover has been really good. It's in a strategic position nearby the centre of the town (Grand Place), near the station (station du midi) of metro and trains; also near the Sablon (famous for antiquity) and near some... More

This hotel was very conveniently located, near museums, central station, shopping, and metro, tram, and bus stations. Staff were friendly. Our room were spacious and clean. Each morning there was a free generous breakfast.

stayed here for one night last summer. We arrived at mid-day and our room was ready for us.For peak season the hotel was extremely quiet. We only saw two other quests while staying there. In the evening we asked at reception for milk for tea we were told the kitchen was closed and we would have to get milk out of... More

Stayed only for one night in 25 May 2014. As far as location it is close to the grand palace and the Midi train station. If taking a taxi will cost you 45Euros, however, you can take the train from the airport to Midi station which will cost you 8Euros and can either walk to the hotel if or take... More

We stayed at the Floris at Stalingrad Ave in May. The front desk staff were less than helpful. We had to tag and move our bags into a holding room because our room was not ready. No assistance was offered. That wasn't a big deal but when we asked directions we were given a blurry black and white photo copy... More

To all at Tripadvisor please investigate this place. This place does not even have ONE star - it has a blue plaque outside with 4 WHITE TRIANGLES from Tourisme Vlaanders(please see below image). Very rude, unqualified, uninformed staff. Breakfast very poor. No Ironing Facilities, no Free toiletries, no coffee or tee in room. No parking. The minibar is empty. What... More

This hotel was clean, tidy and we had a lovely big room for 3 adults. I would rate it 3* but it could easily have improved to 4* by the addition of a few little extras. For example, no toiletries in bathroom, even soap. Fine if you were showering as there was a dispenser on the wall, not so good... More
