We stayed for 2 nights in the hotel. The room was huge, very clean and quiet. Our room was on the back side of the hotel and we heard nothing. For a city hotel it's a great bonus. Good location, perfect for Eurostar users, 10-15 minutes walk from Midi station. Then 10 minutes into the Grand Place. Floris is a pretty good deal. It’s strength is location, right smack in between the Midi/Zuid train station and the Grand Place. It took us exactly 7 minutes to walk from the hotel to the train station, so it is perfect for side trips to Brugge, Amsterdam, Paris, or London. The breakfast is amazing, and free.
