This hotel is not bad but it should not be a 4 stars. The location is great, close to the center and the rooms are very big (about 40sqrt meters). Some details in the bathrooms were a little bit disguting but for the affordable price, it's a good place to stay.

Although we had a room with a half decent view the beds were shockingly uncomfortable & way too soft, including pillows. It was far too hot throughout the hotel & although the breakfast choice was fine service could not keep up with demand. This is most definately NOT a 4 star hotel. Only good thing really was the location.

I arrived at this business hotel on 7 Oct and found the wireless was not working. I was informed at 1700 that a technician was due in 15 minutes time. I then overheard the receptionist making a similar claim to the same enquiry a few hours later. Not Good or right!

The bedroom was spacious, the bed was large but very uncomfortable. It was too soft, no support, and had a rubber or plastic undersheet which made it extremely hot and sweaty. I got over that by lying on the duvet and wrapping it around me but if there had been two people in the bed, that would not have been... More

Just spent one night at Floris Avenue hotel. It is certainly not a 4*, more like a 3* or even less. Very near to Gran place, less than 150m away from the nearest Metro station (Anneessens station). Big room, big bed, good sized bathroom. Clean as well. Lacked a minibar or fridge and basic amenities like a shower cap or... More

The hotel is very well located,. at about 10 minutes walk from Grand Place, close also to a metro station ( about 2 minutes). Big rooms, small windows, quite old furniture, but good overall and clean. Breakfast is ok and the staff are really trying to help. Pay attention to city tax, as it is quite big , around 3.5... More

Booked this hotel for a business trip sometime early last year, and what a disappointment. I got a spacious room on the top most floor, facing the road. White beddings looked clean, room not otherwise remarkable. Close to midnight I awakened to reach for my itchy back. Lo and behold as I lit up the room to check, there on... More

We vouched for this hotel based on its location, which is well situated from the Grand Place (around a 10-15 minute walk). However, this hotel is no where close to a four star as it boasts on its front exterior canopy, and is more or less a two star. On arrival, we were greeted with a less than enthusiastic reception... We stayed at the Floris Avenue for one night. The hotel is well located, only 10 minutes from the Grand Palace and the Manaken Pis. The staff were very helpful, even allowing us to check in early without charge. The rooms are sufficient and although they do not have coffee/ tea making facilities ours was supplied with a fridge. The... More
