the staff is as rude as you can get, they get angry if you tell them something and the food at breakfast was as bad as it can get, although the location is good, better be prepared to have to deal with the worst staff ever more

After we left another hostel the morning before (after a horrible night), we were sent here. The tourist information at the main square booked us a room. We had a private room, with own bath. Breakfast was also included. more
I really dont like staying in hostels anymore, but this place is ok. Staff varied from decent to excellent, besides the one who told my russian friend not to drink in the rooms, and immediately said she was going to call the police. I was shocked, as we thought, hey this is a youth hostel, and you normally drink in... more
I'd heard good things about Sleepwell, namely that the facilities were very good for a hostel and the rooms were big and clean. This was true, but the staff let the place down completely. The girl on reception when I arrived was the rudest, most hostile, bitter and unpleasant person I have ever encountered a hostel/hotel or just about anywhere.... more
I stayed there in a double room with a friend. I didnt realize they didn't have towel,,, they sold it there but didnt bother to buy one. Mattress was pretty hard.. Breakfast was very simple, just some cerials (nothing intresting) plain toast, juice, coffee or tea. Location was very good. You can walk from Nord station, and right by the... more

We booked a room for 5 people in a 6 person bedroom 3 months in advance. We were all split up. We were told that this was because the hostel was... more
Very very clean, staff are lovely and facilities are above average for hostels in Europe. Close to train stations etc etc. Only problem we had was we were overrun by school groups a few times a day. Would definitely recommned this place. more
I stayed here for four nights and have absolutely no complaints. It's a solid, clean, safe place to get a night's sleep, nothing more and nothing less. It's convenient and very clean although it also feels institutional and functional. It's a short walk to shops and a little further into town and there's a train station (Brussels-Nord) nearby too. The... more
