Nice price and location. Comes with breakfast buffet (various choice, average quality and taste) The two downsides are: 1.water from the shower head was either very hot or icy.... 2.the lower bunk had little space, I bumped onto the roof(upper bunk) several times.

My daughter stayed there 2 weeks ago with several other students that are beginning a semester of school in Brussels. On the day the group was checking out and leaving to go to their permanent housing, all of their luggage and belongings were stored in a locked room and supposedly safe until their return later in the day. Upon returning... More

This hostel really is value for money. It wasn't one of the cheapest hostels i ve been, but it is one of in brussels and, for everything it has, just go for it. the location is good and easy to reach both sightseeing and metro, everything was clean, and the breakfast seems fine. Most important: the staff is very nice.... More

I booked a dorm last minute, the main attraction being that it was a cheap price especially for a 4 person dorm. The staff seemed really uninterested and uninspired, and not that excited or knowledgeable about places to go out, etc. It was perfectly clean. That was the main positive thing. And the free breakfast was pretty good, though not... More

As extolled by other reviewers, this place is located within the Brussels ring road and is extremely central. The check-in was perhaps a little confused and slow, though the employee was on his own and was constantly bombarded with requests from other patrons whilst checking us in. It was friendly, however, and throughout the stay we only have good things... More

When I previously heard the word "hostel," I used to cringe. However, my friend's and my experience here was so positive that I have a new outlook! The hostel is extremely clean, well-kept, and professional. It feels safe, as there is always someone at the front desk (and they were very helpful and efficient when we checked in/out, and even... My friend and I visited Brussels while we were traveling through Europe. Our stay at Sleep Well was great!! Our check in was fast, friendly, and easy. We booked a private double room with an ensuite bathroom. The room was very clean and looked new. We had free breakfast included, the breakfast was very good! The building seemed to be... More
