The location is very handy. Easy to find and easy to go anywhere in Brussels. The room was ok and the bed was comfortable. Cleanliness is a bit hit and miss. There was a nasty sewage smell from the bathroom. You pay in full in advance and I never signed anything to check in. The lift is small and slow.... More

The only thing going for this dire hotel is the location. The room was not very clean and there was mould in every corner. Very draughty and the smell in the bathroom was dreadful. They tried to mask the sewer smell by spraying air freshener. The staff are non caring and because it is so busy I don't think they... More

The staff was friendly here, and the hotel is near (5-10min walk) from the Grand Place. The rooms are clean, though not too spacious, although we chose a room for three people - your experience may be different on a double room. The lift is one of the tinniest I have ever seen.

The location of the hotel was really good. But the room was dirty, especially the bathroom. (hair everywhere). When i went down to the reception to tell him about the dirtiness he was speaking on the phone, laughing, and i had to wait 10 minutes. Finally i told him what is wrong and he gave me a key for another... More

Stayed here on a stop gap while in transit simply to put the head down after arriving late. Cheap, but not surprising based on what you get. We travelled in July '14 and the place seemed like it hadn't been finished. Rooms were dank & cheap but served the purpose for the night. Not likely I or we'll return when... More

yes, it's hard to believe but this happened to us ... when we arrived at 6 p.m. at our hotel, the rooms that we had ordered were not available anymore ... after some discussions, the gentleman at the reception found us a different hotel and paid the price difference ... but we had stress and wasted time ... not a... You enter the hotel lobby and the smell of greasy fastfood, at 11pm, meets you, along with the Asian receptionist who is not interested to help you with your heavy baggage as you climb the six flights of stairs because the lift is not working....oh, he actually quotes you a much higher price than what you have booked online. The... More

This hotel has very simple reception nothing special, only one person is around at any given time and it's like they hire receptionist on daily basis since each day it is different receptionist, the lift is small and dirty giving very bad first impression, the rooms are ok, the breakfast is nothing special, lunch and dinner you have to eat... I never like a hotel when they request payment upfront on checking in , even if the stay is more than one night. And I was proved right that such hotels usually have something to hide. I was not informed that half the hotel was being renovated. The lift was not functioning when I checked in and no one helped... More

When we arrived the elevator was broken, but off course that can happen. Between the floors, they were still constructing. But hey, who cares! When we arrived at our room it was already taken. No worries we will settle for another one, but maybe next time don't give the keys away of an occupied room. But everybody makes mistakes. We... More
