With more 100 Euro, it was not worth it. Only suites (more money) have coffee/tea facility but they did not let you know in the booking site. My room was not small but with only one sitting chair, one desk, other than the bed. No drawers, no coffee table etc. There is only one visible power socket on the ground... More

Centrale Hotel had a lot of pros. The location was unbeatable, in terms of getting off the train from the airport, to the short walk to Grote Markt (Grand Market). There is noise, but it is asumed when you are at a hotel in the center of the city. The bathrooms were clean, and so was the hotel room. The... More

I stayed here with my partner a couple of months of weeks ago for a quick trip to Brussels and was pleased with the hotel overall and the value for the price. The hotel itself is in a great location. It is a short walk to Central Brussels and I felt very safe walking to and from the hotel even... More

After staying in a small room in Amsterdam, the twin room I got was at least 2.5 times larger. The bay window with the table and chair is a great addition. The bathroom is large but the glass door is just a half piece. The water would spill out on the floor easily. That's a weird and bad design, and... More

Stayed in this hotel on two separate occasions on a business trip. It felt very safe for a woman travelling alone and obviously other women felt the same as there were five of us solo voyagers at breakfast one morning! The first room I had was at the front of the building and while it was a nice enough room... More

Very central, just next door to the underground which is also linked to the Central Railway Station. Very convenient in bad weather and as a cheap connection to the airport. The hotel is not more than 15 mins walk to Grand Place and the whole area where all the shops and restaurants are. Th service in the hotel is very... More

The best thing about this hotel is its location, just a few steps from Central Station. The second best thing is that it offers a reasonable selection of British TV stations, which is a bonus when you are alone on a business trip and it's raining. Other than that, it's nothing special. My room was small and a bit scruffy,... More

If your looking for a nice, basic place to stay that's close to all the major things to see, then this hotel fits the bill. The room was acceptable and the hotel staff was available and friendly. you can get breakfast in the hotel. More

This is a very average quality hotel, but the location is very good. It is tucked around the corner from Brussels Centraal Station (which is on the line from the airport, but not the same station as where the Eurostar gets in - although your Eurostar ticket is valid to any station in Belgium, and the transfer is easy). The... More

I had extremely unpleasant experience at the reception upon checking-out. I booked a room thru hotel website which gave me a total cost for 2 nights (non-refundable). When I was checking out, the receptionist insisted that I should pay more as I paid for only 1 night !! So suddenly now the price of the room is double what their... More
