Member of Hostelling international, the overall feeling of the hotel was good. The location is good, about the rooms, we stayed in a double private one and the plasticky covered pillow and mattress didn't really feel nice on a hot summer night. No AC but fully openable windows. Doors used chip cards as keys. Internet slow and only accessible on... More

Hostel is a good location, the rooms are clean and spacious with many charging outlets including a USB outlet. Breakfast is free which is great and there are vending machines in the reception. The kitchen is well equipped and the staff are nice. However the bar doesn't have a wide range of alcohol but this is only a minor negative.

Booked a 3 person private room and when we arrived we were told there was no charge for our 3 year old son, taking 75 euro off the bill which was great. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room wasn't up to scratch though. Too small, wasn't properly cleaned, and very hot. And the textured walls were just annoying! Dorms may... More

We stayed there in a triple room. It was clean and comfortable, with bathroom in the room. The staff was very nice and helpful, the breakfast was very complete, the location was good - walking distance from most of the attractions and also close to 2 metro stations. I would totally recommend the Free Walking Tour offered by the hostel.... More

Stayed at this hostel for two nights few days ago and I was rather disappointed. The price was too high for what the hostel had to offer. Despite the fact that we payed almost 60 Euro for a double room (which is the same price you would pay in a 1 or 2 star hotel) the service was below any... More

This hostel was undergoing building works when we stayed. A lot of the rooms were being refurbished & were clean and bright. There is a bit of a backpacker feel about this hostel but while we were there it was quiet & not much seemed to be going on. There is a bar & courtyard to have a few drinks... More

Went from the 3rd to the 5th of March 2015 for a school trip. -Had to make our own beds -Our shower was ridiculously hot and was actually burning us so we couldn't properly shower. -Internet only worked in the lobby and even then every time you locked your iPhone the internet would disconnect. -Breakfast was basic but they at... This hostel was not bad at all. Walkable to Grand Place in about 10/15 mins. Close to Metro. Full of german people when I was there, not that, that was a bad thing but from what I experienced I was the only english guy, anyway, decent spot.

It's a good hostel to stay. In general, i liked it: breakfast in ok, rooms are clean and spacy, location is good and close to city center, to Subway station and other transport ,and the area itself is nice. Did not like that they don't have hairdriers in rooms and you need to pay extra for a towel. But it's... More
