Pros: Very close to Grand Place (5 minute walk), less than an hours walking distance to the European Commission, Parc du Cinquantenaire etc Gorgeous big shower with a glass door, very chic Choice of breakfast - French (croissants), Continental (meat and cheese) and British. Avoid the British option and you will be fine! There is also an orange juicer for... More

Dear Jemina M Thank you very much for the time you took to express your opinion about the hotel. We are very happy to hear that you liked the hotel! It is always a pleasure to hear this. The breakfast is maybe a bit on the pricier side but there is indeed a big buffet with a lot of choice.... More

This hotel is very central to Brussels and the quality was there as well. I had breakfast each morning which was excellent. WIfi was free and worked well. Very close to the main railway station and close to the main restaurant district. Would visit again!

Dear SalonenS Thank you very much for the very nice review! The location of the Rouppe square is one of our advantages. It is indeed located close to the centre and the restaurant area. Always nice to hear that you liked the breakfast. It is a bit on the pricier side but there is a lot of choice. We really... More

Good location near to where tourists spots are yet not in the major thoroughfare. From the Midi train station is just 15 min walk. The pillows used in the room is square in shape and small in size. Maybe it is unique and that is why the hotel name. The buffet breakfast could do with more fruits.

Good sized room though walls are a bit thin thus noise from other room can sip through. Shower enclosure made of glass which could be a safety issue if and when it breaks. Otherwise front desk services courteous and customer friendly. . As a whole. This was a good experience.

This hotel was perfect. Close enough to the Grand Place (7 mins walk) to be near the action but far enough away that it was peaceful at night-time. Incredibly comfortable bed and SPOTLESS room. Everything in it seemed brand new. Breakfast was a highlight but what really made this hotel so great were the staff who were, without exception, wonderful.... More

The hotel is only a 5 minute walk to Mannekin Pis and a 10 minute walk to the Grand Place, which is tourist central, but somewhow the hotel is located in a very quiet neighborhood. The room we stayed in was large but also handicapped accessible, so there was no door on the open shower, which was not very comfortable... More

We visited the pillows on a trip to Brussels- the hotel rooms were very clean, well decorated and we were allowed to check in early. The gentleman on reception was very helpful and polite - provided us with a map of the area and gave us directions. Would visit again- location is excellent for tourist areas in Brussels and within... More

Nicely located near to the Midi station. Rooms were small but enough for the single night we stayed. We arrived around midnight and we couldn't remember on which name the reservation was made (me or my husband), the recepcionist was angry about looking for two different naked and at certain point starterd being very rude. Such a pity on a... More

A sign that it's a good place to stay is that we returned! Rooms are immaculate and all unique! They're also literally soundproof you don't hear anything from any of the others or the streets below. They also happily stored our luggage for nearly two weeks - amazing! The only reason they get a 4/5 is because the breakfast is... More
