If you are looking to say in the heart of brussels, then this hotel is definitely for you. It is close to nearly all of Brussels main city attractions, and everything seemed to be within walking distance. As for the hotel itself, its what you'd except of a hotel in europe. The service is mediocre, the rooms are on the... More

This hotel is accessible to all the attractions and plenty of resturants to choose from without walking too fae. It cost us about 15 euros including tip from the main Eurostar station by taxi. The price of the room was also very reasonable for a central city hotel. My room was on the 6th room and was very well specced.... More

Historic building and beautifully preserved. Recently booked three nights. Slight mix up with the room and we were given two twins but that was quickly sorted out. Our new room was 251 with a king bed and a tub in the bathroom. Nice size and it was an interior room facing a courtyard which was very quiet. Instant coffee in... More

you really can't beat this location. It's centrally located to most attractions and 3 minute walk to the Grand Place. There are tons of eateries around as well. People were extremely nice and attentive. The executive lounge is on the first floor and was a nice place to get a drink and relax a little. Our room was quite large... More

Administration of Hotel shockingly unprofessional approach to their work: -There was a lot of problems, despite the fact that check-in was at night time, we were tired and wanted to complete these formalities quickly. -Rudeness,inattention, indifference to the requirements of the guests, errors in orders, this was followed us by hotel stay. -Staff did not pay attention at the sign"do not disturb"... I have stayed here many times before and will return. But this time it was a first for us to have a room on the sixth floor with the small round windows. Given I paid with an Ebay voucher I was ok with this. But I have also stayed here paying full rate. In that case I would not accept... More

Stayed at the Marriot for 5 nights in July during the Tomorrowland Festival. We were 3 rooms and totally 5 people. Booked a taxi to go Boom through the Marriot concierge and he to make a fast buck booked a non authorised taxi. At night while returning the police caught the taxi and it was impounded and the driver taken... More

Dear Surfindia, I read your comments with great concern and even though at Marriott Brussels we are always seeking feedback from our guests, I have to inform you that your claims are not accurate to say the least. Our concierge booked you indeed a taxi just to go to Tomorrowland on Friday and you arranged with the taxi driver to... More

We often stay at a Marriott property when we are able and this one was right on par with most of the others. The breakfast was great as usual, the room was clean and well laid out. The staff was thoughtful and kind. The executive lounge offered some decent snacks and a couple wine options, along with a well known... More

Greeted with our bags carried, kind, kind people at the desk....... Wifi only in the lobby unless you pay more, but the lobby is fine. Room was clean, spacious for Europe, nice bathroom, air conditioned etc........ The location is fabulous for sure. Walking distance to many highlights in Brussels. Did not eat at the hotel. I would stay there again... More

We stayed at the Brussels Marriott for 2 nights over the weekend and were not disappointed. Checkin was smooth, easy and very friendly. Complimentary cold water was greatly appreciated. The lobby is small but lighed well enough to make you feel welcome. The staff was always happy go greet. The room we got was apparently an upgrade facing the interior... More
