My fiancé and I didn't have the best of the times in Brussels, mostly due to the fact it was freezing cold and raining during our entire stay. We found the city in February quite gloomy and depressing. However the hotel was lovely and really did turn our frowns upside down. The location was ideal; the room was modern, spacious... More

We stayed in November just for one night for our anniversary and couldnt of asked for any more for the price we paid the room was really smart, not shabby like other reviews have suggested i think it gave the hotel character. it is next to a chocolate shop and the first impression was really good, as soon as you... I traveled by plane and it was comfortable to travel from the airport to the hotel by train. It takes 20 minutes and only 2 stops. There was not problem to find hotel near Central train station. I think that all interesting things in Brussels are near hotel. One things was bad - Wifi internet is more expensive. Room is... More

The location is splendid, the look from the outside is really cosy. Otherwise it would be an average hotel, - would be, if someone could get the service organised. We arrived at 2:30 in the afternoon and had to wait until 3:40 until our rooms were ready. All the while staff assured us that our rooms would be ready in... More

i really cursed the person who booked this place for us. its has been a disappointing experience from the moment we landed. it was cold and raining and there's no one to help us with the luggage. entrance is too tight to enter with luggage. room is too small so is the lift. asked the house keeping to the fix... The location of this hotel is really splendid: only two minutes walk (if you walk slowly) from Brussels central station overlooking Grass markt, in the heart of Brussels. It is nicely decorated, clean and the staff I met was efficient. It has a business atmosphere. Nevertheless, I was not very satisfied. The hotel misses a personal touch and has no... More

The hotel is very well located. From Gare Centrale is literally a minute. First passed, came to the square, and the hotel was already behind him. Before the Grand Place 5-10 minutes unhurried pace. The rooms are spacious, beds are wide, comfortable mattresses and pillows, even tolerable. The number, that a smaller (the windows out to the monument to Don... More

This is my 4th stay at this hotel. The location is good - close to the Grand Place & Gare Centrale, but sometimes that can make it noisy. Plus points: * Location - close to central station & tourist areas, feels safe * Free breakfast - almost unheard of now at hotels in Brussels * Good sized room for the... More

Stayed here 1 night because I have found a fairly good deal. I usually stay in hotels in the 70-90 EUR category. This was definitely the nicest place, in fantastic location (2 mins from Grand Place) and the buffet breakfast was very nice too! I hope I will stay here again in the future! More
