Located 2 minutes away from Grand Place at a lovely small square. First floor rooms have balcony with superb view on the old town. Rooms are still pleasant, although a bit on the way of getting old. Breakfast had a nice selection, including a waffle machine.

This was my third time at the hotel and each time a better room.. The first time I was not very satisfied with an attic room with a slanted roof. The second time was a nicer room. This last time I had a wonderful room 106 with a little terace that over looked right on to the square. It was... More

Well placed for Grand Place and close to station. View from room excellent especially of light show. Bed very comfortable. Decoration and furniture in room dated and in need of replacing. Breakfast was only average in choice and just about warm. Despite the website saying bar open on request, on both nights at approx 10pm told that bar was closed,... More

Walking distance from the Central Station and very close to Grand Place. We arrived around noon and could check in immidiately. The room is not so spacious but has nice baturoom. The room is on the 1st fl. and from the window, we can see the tower of Hotel de Ville & Pl. Espagna. Many sightseeing spots are in walking... More

Booked this hotel as it was near the Grand Place and we couldn't get a 'triple' room at the Ibis where we previously stayed. Check in was a nightmare as the the receptionist had booked another couple in our triple room. Due to this and after a good half hour of procrastinating they finally gave us a room but when... More

My "experience" started when I entered its main entrance at 01:00 after a long trip. The widespread smell of sewage was not a welcoming signal but It was in par to an aging decor.... Immediatey after, the front desk clerk claimed that ... I was not booked! When i provided him with the "Booking"-reservation he said that there must be... More

Very practical place you can find a lot of local products. There are a lot of Belgium products. The personnel are very polite. There are seceral units on the way. And they stay open until 9 pm in some of stores. And they help you if you are lost in the city.

Just returned from a weekend in Brussels which was booked in July. Stayed at the Carrefour de L'Europe Brussels off Grand Palace. None of my requests were taken into account. The main one being a shower not a bath with a shower over it due to mobility issues. When I contacted reception I was told all rooms were allocated and the... More

Great location near Grand Place/Central Station with plenty of food/drink options nearby. Good size rooms and very good standard all round. Pricey without a deal (I got one on amoma.com) but will keep staying here when i'm in Brussels for work.

We stayed at this hotel twice in the space of one month recently. 7-9 October and 15-17 October. It is ideally located just a few steps away from the Grasmarkt exit of Brussels Central station. Direct train link from the airport to Brussels central. The Grand Place is less then 50 mts away and almost all the major attractions are... More
