Nice hotel, good facilities, but nothing to get excited about. Located in the city centre of Brussels, close to Central Station and the Grand Place and with a parking garage within 15 metres. Staff is friendly. Breakfast as you can expect from a 4 star hotel. Rooms are of a good size. Minibar only offers mineralwater. Free coffee and teafacilities... More

I stayed 3 days for business and it filled my expectations. My room was large clean and quiet. Service in reception was good and breakfast more than ample. Outside at night is safe and close to the old city fascinating. Highly recommended if you are ready to pay

A group of us stayed here for two nights in April 2014. This hotel was in an excellent situation very close to the train station, the Grand Place, and with many good restaurants nearby to choose from. The concierges were very welcoming and helpful, speaking very good English. Breakfast in the downstairs restaurant was great with many items to choose... More

I spent four days at the Best Western Premier two weeks ago and was very pleased with the location of the hotel and the condition of the room. What was tough was the noise. My room faced the square and the noise from people outside was audible all night long. The noise within the hotel was also quite loud. Doors... More

Although the hotel was in a GREAT location, the noise at the rear of the hotel was unbearable and lasted until 4 am! Unfortunately, this specific point made our one night stay here unpleasant. I understand that the hotel is in a central location, however, the youngsters partying until the wee hours of the morning directly under our window was... More

Stayed here for one night on business in Brussells, definitely not a 4 star hotel and how hotels get these ratings is beyond me. €140 for one night with no breakfast on a Thursday. Wi Fi is free but slow as a wet week. Surprisingly the most annoying thing of all is that none of the rooms have a plug... More

Honestly can't beat this location...and wouldn't hesitate in staying here again. Although I daresay because of where it is, the price is pretty high for, I what I would classify as a 3 star hotel. It's clean but tired. And whatever you do don't do too much laundry here, as it costs a bomb....and came back damp. I had the... More

First visit to this hotel. Got a fantastic room (112), separate living room and bedroom, extra toilet room, great balcony viewing a small patio wit lot of life during evening. 5 min walk to Grand Place. Breakfast good, missing other bread than just white. Clean room, positive end very efficient staff. I will be back.

The location is perfect! The staff is very nice! the Rooms are confortable, but it is so noisy and hardy sound proof! I really don't recommend due to lack of sound proofing with the corridor or the street.
