Good hotel, with all the Best Western standards. Helpful staff, solved in one minute a minor problem with our assigned room when we arrived, giving us one with a wonderful view of the square in front. The Grand Place is a few steps away, as is the Central Station, where you can take the train to beautiful Bruges.

This hotel, while part of a chain, does a very good job of taking care of their guests. The location is beautiful looking out over a square filled with trees and surrounded by cafes. You are steps away from the Grand Place but away from the noise. We stayed up on the 6th Floor and just loved it! Wonderful views!... More

Good location, helpful staff, good breakfast. I only have one slight complaint. Our plans were to stay for three days but we missed the connection from New York which made us cancel the first night. We agreed to pay for that night anyway because it was less than 24 hours in advanced notice. What I don't understand is why the... More

We really enjoyed our great spacous room on the fifth floor with excellent view of old Brussels. The breakfast ruined our otherwise good impression. Very sloppy and low quality, especially bad was the scrambled eggs and bacon (yak!) - bread was ok though.

We spent 3 nights here The location is great, right near the central station, 3 minutes to the main square, 5 minutes to the museum areas. Having just been cramped in our hotel in London, we had a great large room/s here. There were 2 bathrooms, a large sitting area and the bedroom. The bathroom, tub and shower were spotless,... More

The hotel is in a very good spot for those visiting Brussels for holiday as it is exactly in the old town, facing Grand Place. Lovely rooms, comfy beds, friendly staff. Close to the Central station and metro, good to get anywhere in the city, not far from Royal Park and palace, EU quarter and "posh" area avenue Louise. Breakfast... More

Stated here for 8 days ... So conveniently located right next to the central station that no place in Brussels is far. Few steps away from Grand Place and Manneke pis you stay right right where things are always happening. Loved the food at the hotel and the welcoming staff. I do recommend staying here if you want to make... More

Excellent location steps away from Central Station. Perfect for travellers visiting multiple cities and international destinations. Hotel is steps away from Grand-Place, interesting sites, and good restaurants. Rooms facing Marche aux Herbes can be noisy, however. Rooms facing the station are much quieter. Good breakfast though the selection remains unchanged throughout the week. Rooms are small but comfortable. Pillows need... More

This was only a one night stop on our trip. The hotel was well located and with very easy access to the central station. We were delighted to be upgraded to a suite, especially after a long day travelling. Wow, our room was huge and with the most perfect view over the square and Grand Palace. It made us feel... More
