Check in was efficient although the receptionist asked us to wait "5" minutes for the cleaner to get back to her to tell her which rooms were clean which I think turned in to a 15-20 minute wait. At the airport get a train to Brussels Central, only about €3. From there the hotel is within walking distance. about 5-10mins The hotel is on the corner so one side overlooks the busy square while the other overlooks a side street.
