My daughter and I stopped to look at this interesting hotel and the owner Ben Abderrahman Ahmed invited us in for a tour. The place is amazing. Each room is different and the lobby, halls and breakfast room have so much to see. The owner spent time with us even though we were staying somewhere else. He made recommendations for... More

+ not a typical hotel, very nicely decorated, oriental-style + my room was OK, facing to the street under the roof + hotel is located in the centre + restaurants in the same street + staff is friendly although not everyone is fluent in English (if you don't speak French) - can be very noisy at night due to the... went to this hotel with friends for a little birthday trip. Loved the hotel and all its quirkiness. Every time we went in or out of the hotel I saw something new that I hadn't noticed before. Like opening up a treasure chest :-). The manager was lovely and upgraded us to the Royal suite which was just perfect for... More

Great location, literally a block from Grand Place. However, very odd overall. I could get past the decorations - they were actually kind of interesting with how unique it was. The bed was very stiff (though after some beers, we still slept fine), the shower was fairly moldy near the ceiling (out of reach), but really hot & good water... More

I stayed at this hotel with a group of girls when we went to Brussels for a holiday. We met the manager who was a lovely guy and he upgraded us to the most spectacular room. Done in a very Moroccan style it was a brilliant experience. The bathroom was a bit lopsided but it just added to quirkiness. We... More

This is a unique hotel, completely done out with amazing tiles, chandeliers and other furniture. It is small, but beautiful. It is also situated in the BEST place for having fun in Brussels. A short walk to the Mannikin Pis, the Grande Place and even to Central train Station if you want to go somewhere else (but why would you?).... More

My family and I weren't expecting luxury out of this hotel, we knew it was strange right after we saw the photos. We wanted a little adventure and oddity from this hotel, but this surpassed that to a point of discomfort. I did not feel safe there, the people who worked there looked off. Not to forget that the bathroom... More

This is a quirky hotel near Central Station. We were lucky to have a room which was accessed via a lift - this is not the case for all rooms. We had booked a triple room the room was split into two levels, with the upper floor being very close to the ceiling. When we arrived it was very hot... More

In spite of previous reviews, we discovered that this hotel now has an elevator and that breakfast is included in the room price. The hotel decor is a remarkable work of passion by the Moroccan owner, who treats guests as family.

Imagine living inside a Mozartkugel (Mozart ball). Classical music playing everywhere in the tiny and winding corridors, massively decorated with ornaments, colours, paintings, pottery and "souvernirs" from Mozart's time. Wonderful! The breakfast was ok. Bread, cheese, jam and coffe. The location is perfect! The owner of the hotel, which was also a lot behind the counter, was a very nice... More
