I was persuaded to stay here by the reasonable rates for a 5 night stay for an exhibition. I was forced to prepay my room upon arrival which made me suspicious. Once I found my room (several narrow flights of stairs - don't stay here if you have luggage!) I was instantly disappointed. Then I found that the promised internet... more

I stayed with friends total 3 persons in this hotel on October13. We are all girls travel together. When entering the room for the first time, I observed the ceiling having a shopping bag covering sth...anyway i didnt take it serious. After we came back to the room after sighseeing, we felt very curious and found out that the shopping... more

We recently visited the hotel to celebrate our anniversary. We would never stay here again. The public areas of the hotel, admittedly, are wonderfully OTT! The reception area is spectacular, as are the stairwells with indoor fountains and highly extravigent furniture . HOWEVER the bedrooms are tired and not in keeping with the promise of the public areas; faded duvets and... more

Wow! This hotel is getting some bad reviews! This probably wasn't the greatest hotel in which I've stayed, but it is so hilariously kitschy I can't badmouth it. I followed a labyrinthine path to my small bizarre room, which had a large beam right in the middle of it! I cracked up! The decor is HORRIBLE, but really amusing. Yes,... more

We stayed for a couple of days recently, and all we can say we would never stay again! The hotel is so badly run it's unbelieveble! Yes, if you Google the hotel and you look at the big photos outside the hotel, they look colourful and great, but when were these taken? And yes, the price is cheap and yes... more

No matter what the location or the price... STAY AWAY!!!! On short notice, I had to find a hotel in Brussels. I searched based on location and price... and for a hotel a block from the Grande Place and for 80 euros a night, wow, great! But the positives stop there! (Keep reading, each paragraph below gets worse and worse)...... more

It was horrible!! We booked online and then we checked our book with them with at least three e-mails. When we arrived there, at midnight, there was a mistake with our book: just a single room for two. The man who was in reception gave us no solution. After wait there for 30 minutes and complain with him, we accepted... more

I stayed at the hotel for one night on a business trip. I had to travel at short notice during a very busy period and most hotels in Brussels were already full. The Mozart was the only one in the city centre I could find for less than €200 - I paid €150 (ouch!). On arrival I was given a... more

I have visited Brussels virtually annually since 1985 for a week at a time to attend a conference. I found the Hotel Mozart good value for money, with interesting decor. I was extremely concerned by other's reviews, but the sheets were clean, tho' unironed, there was a clean duvet cover on the duvet, and the room was clean. The shower... more

I spent 2 nights at the Hotel Mozart whilst on business in Brussels at the EC. My colleague chose this hotel mainly for its cheap rate (80 euros per night) and was told they had free Internet in their lobby for guests to use. Well, I arrived late in the evening, about 9pm. I got caught in the rain so... more
