Stayed two nights and this was a great choice for the price range. We stayed in a double standard room, which was a good size for two people. Everything was clean and worked properly. The site I booked on included breakfast in booking, which was great. Breakfast included croissants, toast, fruit, oatmeal, eggs, beans, ham, yogurt, tea/coffee/hot chocolate. The hotel... More

Stayed for 3 nights . The location is very good, on the main street, near all the markets, bars and shops, and it is about 5 mn walking to the old town.Besides that, everything was bad. It is very dirty, they never clean the rooms, only they arrange the beds, never clean the bathroom, and they don’t change the towels... More

Horrible hotel. Bad service. Bad rooms. Do not go. Apparently Belgium is not much known for its outstanding customer orientation and this is one of the sad examples. The hotel is quite run-down, rooms are tiny, the bathroom quite horrible. Reception not helpful at all, prepare to apologize deeply in case you have any question (how dare you?) For that... More

We paid next to nothing and location is Just by Xmas market and city center. If staying for a couple of days only, it is the place to stay, given you pay what I did. The rooms are simple, but clean and breakfast was nice (eggs, bread, ham, yoghurt etc). unfortunately, our rooms 214-216 were located next to a muslim night Club and people... More

Never mind the decor, heres a Hotel in the lower brackets pricewise, offering good value for money. Fair rooms that are clean and offers decent size bathroom. Good location close to the old town in a quiet side street by a fine little cobblestone square.

Excellent location, 5mins from city centre. Nothing wrong with the hotel, friendly staff on reception. Only problem was a night club opposite open all night on a Saturday created a fair bit of noise and when it finally shut the refuse trucks arrived.

We stayed here for 2 nights. The location is fine, the staff were friendly and helplfull, rooms are quite. But..., in bilangual (trilangual Brussels) Dutch should be spoken as well. It was spoken by none, except by customers. The locker in the room was broke (for which they excused), and a sticky candy wrapping was found under the bed, accompanied... More

Stayed fro night on a business trip. The hotel's location is good and central though the roads around it are not the best. Underground stop of St,. Catherine is quite close and you can avoid crossing Anspach to take metro from De Brouckere. The hotel is modern and clean and the staff (especially the ones at reception) are very welcoming... We stayed at this hotel when we visited Brussels for one day, very last minute we decided that wanted to stay for another day. So that's how we found this hotel it was almost the only one who still had a room for a reasonable price. At this point we were still very happy. But the service wasn't that great,... More

The hotel is ok for an overnight stay. Rooms are just ok, breakfast is fine, location is ok although this does not seem as a very safe area. It is near St Catherine square which is beautiful and walking distance to place rogier. It was just ok
