Excellent location, 5mins from city centre. Nothing wrong with the hotel, friendly staff on reception. Only problem was a night club opposite open all night on a Saturday created a fair bit of noise and when it finally shut the refuse trucks arrived.

We stayed here for 2 nights. The location is fine, the staff were friendly and helplfull, rooms are quite. But..., in bilangual (trilangual Brussels) Dutch should be spoken as well. It was spoken by none, except by customers. The locker in the room was broke (for which they excused), and a sticky candy wrapping was found under the bed, accompanied... More

Stayed fro night on a business trip. The hotel's location is good and central though the roads around it are not the best. Underground stop of St,. Catherine is quite close and you can avoid crossing Anspach to take metro from De Brouckere. The hotel is modern and clean and the staff (especially the ones at reception) are very welcoming... More

We stayed at this hotel when we visited Brussels for one day, very last minute we decided that wanted to stay for another day. So that's how we found this hotel it was almost the only one who still had a room for a reasonable price. At this point we were still very happy. But the service wasn't that great,... More

The hotel is ok for an overnight stay. Rooms are just ok, breakfast is fine, location is ok although this does not seem as a very safe area. It is near St Catherine square which is beautiful and walking distance to place rogier. It was just ok

I stayed here for 2 nights and oaid a very high price which this hotel us certainly not worth. It is very basic with safe not working despite big warning to use safe and lock door. Housemaid doesn't put door on nightlock. Showerhead saves water but not you...wifi working is a positive. Reception speaks Spanish but no Dutch. I am... More

Quite hard to find walking from Central station. We found it best to come from Midi station by tram to de Brouckère, which is close to the hotel. Efficient rather than warm welcome at reception but they became more friendly during our stay. Rooms are spacious with good bathroom facilities, and rates very reasonable for a central location in a... More

The air conditioning didn't work in our first room so after maintenance said they couldn't fix it, we moved to another room. The safe didn't work in the second room and because reception said they would check it out, we waited for quite awhile before I called to ask how much longer we'd have to wait for someone to help...
