This hotel is delightful, beautiful location, super lovely staff, very reasonable, great for walking mooching enjoying the city, easy for transport, loved it. St. Catherine's square just outside the door is so sweet and of course the choice of beer in Brussels is (for beer drinkers) splendid my husband tells me.

WE stayed here in early June. The location is perfect. Our room, the Tahiti room, was imaginative and charming. It was clean and fun. The staff helped us so much. The St. Catherine's/ Fisherman's Canal area was a great place to stay while getting acquainted with Brussels, and recovering from jet lag. Our stay was perfect, in large part, due... More

I spent 3 nights in this hotel - each night in different room :) Little crazy, but I wanted to explore more designs... Very nice designed rooms with private bathroom. Breakfast was rich even I case late. Metro station is just in front of the house - ideally situated for late returns. The hotel is located cca 5 min from... More

My wife and I spent 4 nights in the Silk Road suite. The problems are not with the suite itself but management practices. There is a strange policy of no-food-or-drink-in-the-room. Consequently there is no fridge and no drinking glasses provided. This is a very intrusive and distrustful expectation on the privacy of guests. A large smelly ashtray at the entrance... More

Spent 2 nights here recovering from jet lag. Perfect location in Brussels to walk everywhere. Used their airport pick-up service which is a good idea unless you have been to Brussels before. Great breakfast, coffee tea available all day. After hours vending machine with snacks, & wine in it! Clean, clean, clean! Front desk very helpful with maps and directions.... More

We stayed at the Welcome Hotel the first week of June as Brussels was our port of entry for this summer's European vacation. After a long night flying we had the hotel pick us up at BRU and by 9:30 AM we were checking in at the hotel. Chloe who is awesome, let us know that instead of storing our... More

This hotel is in a great location with numerous bars/restaurants literally outside the front door. We were given a warm welcome and indeed all the staff were extremely friendly. The rooms are all themed and we had the "Zanzibar room" which looks fine but was extremely cramped, we seriously needed air con as it was extremely hot and humid and... More

Very quaint, boutique hotel with all the facilities you need. Each room decorated like a different country in the world. We stayed in the attic in the Bali room - gorgeous and very comfortable with a tiny balcony and views. This hotel is in the centre of everything and on the same street as the Christmas markets - perfect location.... More
