Picking a hotel in Brussels can be quite confusing, even for a seasoned traveler. There are so many different locations and options. But we were delighted with the Welcome Hotel. The owners are always around and very personable. The place is small, so they know all their guests and are willing to offer, and sometimes receive, suggestions regarding visiting Belgium.... More

We stayed in the China room for two nights. The staff were really friendly. Breakfast was included in the rate and was really good. The hotel is in a nice location, really close to good restaurants and an easy walk to the main part of the city. I would argue that this is possibly more of a B and B... More

Every room in this hotel has a different theme. We chose the Bali room, which is on the top floor. You do need to be able to handle one flight of stairs, as this is on the fourth floor, and the elevator only goes to the third floor. There's a balcony that gives you a little bit of a view... More

We stayed in Brussels for a few nights after touring Amsterdam and Bruges before a flight out. I booked the Welcome Hotel based on reviews on Tripadvisor. It sounded quirky and interesting and for only a few nights, I felt it might be fun. The location is fantastic. We stepped off the Metro and it was right across the street.... More

We stayed in the silk road suite for three nights. The room was beautiful and the bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever stayed in in a hotel. The decor is well thought out with lots of little quirky touches. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They gave us great tips for dinning and the local... More

A charming alternative to big hotel chains. Each of the rooms has been lovingly decorated with a different theme. This makes a stay in the hotel an experience, rather than just a place to stay. While there, we saw three of the rooms: India, Egypt and the Silk Road. Each had their own charm. The hotel is spoilt slightly by... More

Your rating could change depending from the room that you select. Ours was very nicely decorated, but pretty small. But what is common is a perfect location. You're minutes away from the Grand Place but at the same time in the best place to enjoy a lot of restaurants that, even if for tourists, are not the typical traps that... More

Reception is was extremely welcoming with lots of tips and information to offer us. We stayed in the Saigon room which was very comfortable. The door to the bathroom from the bedroom was not a solid door, so there was a lack of privacy there. The complementary breakfast was fresh with a wide variety of choices. Nice coffee machine also.... More

I would give this property 3.5 stars if I could. We had issues before we arrived with the hotel charging my credit card for the amount of the stay even though the booking stated we would pay on departure, however, after a couple of telephone calls with the hotel and website we booked the hotel through, the matter was resolved.... Wow. What a cool experience we just had staying at this hotel. First of all the service was extremely helpful and polite. We got to the hotel and the man at the front desk gave us a map with all sorts of helpful tips after we told him what we like to do. Then we went to our room, the... More
