Check in at the hotel is easy with friendly staff offering lots of advice etc., also given a 'late night' key for the door around the corner as they lock the front door around 10.30pm. We had a deluxe room , India, which wasn't very big but a decent size with one of the most comfortable beds I have ever... More

Disappointing stay to be honest. Rooms were dirty in my opinion, a layer of dust over almost everything. On the second day of my two night stay, I arrived back at the hotel at 4pm to rest before dinner to discover building equipment in my room and the door of the room open. In my room was my brand new... More

We spent two delightful nights at Hotel Welcome in June 2015. The hotel lives up to its name. Sophie and her husband are warm, wonderful, wecoming hosts who made us feel like family not guests. They willingly and enthusiastically helped us with scheduling a tour, making restaurant reservations and providing us with sightseeing ideas. You'll feel like a world traveler... More

I'd like to start by emphasizing that we received a very friendly welcome when we checked in, and that the room we stayed in was very interesting and comfortable. But the breakfast area, the space in which the breakfast is laid out, and the breakfast itself, was substandard. The breakfast area is dingy and when we arrived, 15 minutes before... More

Great little hotel and very unique, it was nice to stay in an hotel that was so different from the normal ones you stay in. Very friendly staff and the room and bed were so comfortable. Good location too and loads of places to eat and drink nearby. The city sightseeing tour bus was a good way to see further... More

The Welcome is a nice quirky hotel on the old, now redeveloped, fish market, a short stroll from grand place and the centre of Brussels 'old town'. Loverly staff and a key to let yourself in after a late night on the town. The rooms are all themed and nicer for it, but small and a bit tired now on... More

We had a wonderful 2-day stay at the Welcome Hotel in May. It is always so rewarding to experience a non-chain-hotel type of an atmosphere which you will definitely do in here! We stayed in a room called Marrakesh: beautiful with so many nice and original touches on the furnishing and decorations. The location is fantastic with so many nice... More

From the moment of booking this hotel, I knew that the service would be great. Since it was my first trip to Europe and Brussels was my first stop, I had numerous questions that I flooded the front desk staff of this hotel with via email. They were patient and quick to respond, and had answers to everything. My parking... More

The Welcome Hotel is a very comfortable, cozy hotel that is well-located and offers a unique and different experience from large chain hotels. The owners/ managers of the property were extremely helpful with how to get around town, arranging early morning taxis, offering to schedule tours/trips. They have a breakfast available for *8 euro per person which included pastries, meat,... More

Brilliant location in the St Catherine's area of Brussels; famed for it's seafood. Hotel was comfortable, clean and the breakfast was brilliant by continental standards. A variety of breads, croissants, waffles, pancakes as well as a selection of hot foods. All the different juices and hot drinks as expected. The hotel is family run and all were really friendly and... More
