This is a nice Hotel to visit from time to time. The staff is very nice, they recognize you, and make you feel at home. The rooms are all different. Each room has a theme - this time I stayed in India, last time in China. The Hotel is located on the saint Catherine square - with lots of nice... More

Excellent... as simple as that! "Istanbul" is a nice and convenient room. The service is excellent...I felt home! Difficult for me to find an idea for improvement! Thanks to all I met: Marc, Chloé, the owner... Please just continue with this positive spirit.

We stayed at the Hotel Welcome in June 2014, and visited again in late November. Previously I praised the staff for there tremendous customer service and again they did not disappoint during our latest visit. We had emailed the HW about a return visit in late summer and that we would like to experience their other rooms during the November... More

Wife and I were very happy we picked this hotel. Could not have been happier. As with all trips to a new city I am always worried about surprises. In this case they were all good It started with the trip in from Brussels airport. We took the train to the central station and ten the metro to St Catherine... More

Set on a corner of a pretty boulevard with gothic churches at either street end, this is an extremely well put-together small hotel. Free wifi, free coffee and tea, very friendly staff and pleasant decor welcome you into the front room, while whatever room you choose, you will love. Each is unique and decorated in the theme of a particular... More

Welcome Hotel is something special, everyday! Is not "a regular hotel" but an interesting voyage in the world and every room is a different location. I have had the privilege to be in Egypt and Silk suites and are really amazing. Michel and all the Welcome staff are wonderful. During Christmas time, they have a special quiosque in front of... We spent 3 nights here and it was the highlight of our time. Brussels we found so-so, after having been to Bruges, but the Hotel Welcome more than made up for it. We were in Zanzibar and loved it. Even though it's only a small room, it is decorated so beautifully in shades of turquoise blue, this more than made... More

I usually stay in 4-6 star places. This time, traveling solo and only staying for 2 nights, I decided to go "out of the box" and I was not disappointed! I got the last room, and therefore realize most likely the smallest; Kenya. It was Great for me (although not for 2 people!) I Loved all the small details... and... More

I always stay here when on business in Brussels for its character. Every room has a different theme (Cuba for us this time) and it is so far removed from the corporate blandness of the hotel chains that you often have to stay in when on business. I wanted to bring my wife here during our vacation to Brussels to... More

We were torn on whether to give this a 3 or a 4. This hotel is in a wonderful, non-touristy neighborhood directly across the street from a subway station. The desk managers could not have been more friendly or helpful. They told us about a great restaurant; they gave us tips on what to see and how much time it... More
