Booked into the Noga having had a pleasant stay there many years ago. However, this time around it was disgusting and we couldn't even stay for one night. I always try to get into the Noga if I can on my frequent trips to Brussels. It is not grand but for the price it is excellent. It has real character with its collection of old pictures and antiques. The staff and hotel dog are really friendly. As other contributors have noted, the breakfast is really good. more
