we stayed at les bluets for three nights and were flaberasted at how beautiful this small hotel is.. the proprietor is full of personality, she comes across strong, but is so sweet and devoted to her clients comforts. every room is a masterpiece complete with kitchenetes...stuffed full of georgeous antiques, stained glass and plants. its like staying at someones home...she... more

What can I add to previous reviews. The house has plenty of character with lots of clutter and things, definitely not a bland chain hotel, and that in itself is nice. It is like staying in someone's home, and the landlady (I'm not sure whether hostess is the appropriate term) obviously considers it her home. If you treat it like... more

I stayed one night in this hotel. And I must say that my experience was quite different to many of the other travellers in this site. Just before arriving to the hotel we were almost robbed. The lady who runs the place, Mme. Myriam was very helpful and even informed the police about the incident. Also she was friendly and... more

Hotel is not the right description for this old hous with curiosity all over the place. Our room, nr 2, was more like an appartment (with little kitchen). Metro 'Monnaie' within 5 minutes walking and do use the very special parking! (See photo) more

I found this hotel one of the very few where you can experience real 19th century atmosphere and charm. I real get away from the hustle and bustle of modern commercial establishments that could be anywhere in the world. I would recommend it to anyone wishing to make their trip to Bruxelles a cultural experience. more

I would like to say that I have never see a so beautifull and good hotel. I travel a lot for the business and I had the opportunity to stay in all kind of hotel... Even the biggest cannot face that kind of hotel whish looks more to museum than hotel. It was really incredible, when you are in your... more

This b&b is old but charming. Like most properties in Brussels, it is clean and well maintained. However, the hostess was incredibly rude which made the entire stay rather unpleasant. She insisted that we should yank out some cash from a nearby ATM machine when we checked out because the phone line to the credit card company was not working... more

I agree with many of the other reviews on this website- the bed and breakfast hostess was rude, disrespectful, and dishonest. Please avoid this hotel! My husband and I stayed at a variety of places in Belgium, France and England; this is the only b & b that I would warn others against. more

Stayed here a couple years back. The hotel itself was really nice and lots of charm. The woman running the place was extremely rude and I agree totally with the other posters. We were moved from room to room on a daily basis. At breakfast, we were sternly told where we could or could not sit at the table. When... more

For 50 Euro a night, I was very happy to put up with the curt lady who runs the hotel. I understand what the other reviewers are saying, but I felt it was a great deal and the place really has some historic charm. I enjoyed a 5 night stay, and appreciated the 8 am - 9 pm free internet... more
