We recently stayed at Le Dixseptieme in a junior suite and have only good things to say about our stay. The hotel is calm, elegant, comfortable and convenient to many tourist and business sights. It is only two minutes away from both Midi Station and the Grand Place. Our suite was spacious and very well appointed, the bed very comfortable.... more

I stayed here with 2 friends on a girl's 'get away from husbands and kids' weekend. The location was perfect - a short walk from shops, sights and the fabulous Muusee des Beaux Arts. Our suite (van Eyck) was ample for 3 girls - a twin bedroom and a very comfy sofa bed in the huge dining/sitting area. The downstairs... more

Ideal location in the centre of Brussels but once through the door all is peace and quiet. Our room was clean, comfortable and - once we had worked out how to turn off the radiator - perfect. The combination of the 17thC elegance and decor with the modern bedrooms with all facilities was just what we needed on our 3... more

This is a smallish hotel well located near the train station in Brussels. Each room has a name not a number and each offers a different layout (ours had a sunken living room). The included breakfast was a good one. more

This Hotel is another fine example how a good product (i.e. quite a nice hotel with unique ambience and great location) can be ruined by poor staff service and attitude and poor service offered. Examples: ---Front-desk service is rude and unfriendly ("if you wish a newspaper, you can walk to the nearby train station kiosk") ---no assistance offered for luggage... more

We booked this hotel based on trip advisor reviews. As others have said, the location is perfect (we were there for tourism only), the room we had in the old wing was just fine, and the cost was reasonable. Our experience was consistent with other reviews with one exception – the staff. We travel a lot, but have never run... more

Booked on line as we had Eurostar tickets for a specific date. Got a great deal price wise but a compromised room. Having read all the reviews I guess I had my expectations raised, but sadly we we located in a ground floor room in the new part on the right. It was a bit on the pokey side and... more

A very elegant hotel in the heart of Brussels. Why stay at a chain hotel when you can stay at one with character, Although i booked a junior suite, I ended up in the Ruebens suite. (When I reported a problem with the first room, I was instantly offered the upgraded suite.) I don't think I've ever enjoyed such a... more

This is a boutique hotel with only 24 rooms. We booked a junior suite for a long weekend and having contacted the hotel direct we got a really good rate for B&B. Our room was spacious and very private with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was served in an elegant dining room and there was both standard continental and a... more

Fantastic location between Grand Place and Central Station. Helpful staff. Elegant (small) public areas. Stayed in a Jr. Suite in the older part of the hotel which consisted of 2 rooms with beamed ceiling... very nice. Overall, a very quiet, "civilized" hotel. If you prefer large Marriotts and Hiltons you won't like this hotel; otherwise it's definitely recommended. more
