I stayed at this hotel for a conference. It is a basic small business hotel close to the airport and ring road, but a €20 taxi or 20 minute metro journey (station 10 minutes walk) to the city centre. The hotel lacks normal hotel amenities i.e. it has no pool and no gym and only one operational free computer. The... more

Very clean, relatively large for single room, and staffs are very kind and helpful. I like this hotel. The only flaw is internet connection. They offer free Wifi service, but I could not access many sites including google and MSN messenger. I also had difficulty sending e-mails.I suspect the band width is too narrow for the size of the hotel... more

The hotel is located at a convenient distance from both the airport & rail station - Alma. In the coldest winter in Europe, this year, we had the opportunity to experience snow all around the place. The hotel is placed conveniently off the road & faces an old windmill. The hotel looks pretty majestic from the outside. Inside you enter... more

Bed to soft to get any sleep. Balcony littered with more than 20 cigarette butts. Stained carpet. Dusty bathroom. Seems happy to serve as default option for nearby hospital, but no effort or pride visible anywhere. more

I had messed up the booking month for this hotel but this was quickly smoothed over and I was offered an very good weekend rate of Friday to Monday at 75 euros a night including car parking, breakfast and wifi. The friendly multilingual staff (French, English, German and Flemish) also helped us direct a Flemish speaking taxi driver by ringing... more

I found this hotel to be very comfortable & clean with very efficient staff. The whole hotel has a good atmosphere - it feels comfortable without being too stuffy. I didn't have dinner at the hotel so I can't comment on the restaurant, but it has a good bar with a good atmosphere and friendly & efficient staff. It is... more

We stayed for 3 nights for 255 euros bed and breakfast and we got a suite! The standard of the room, service and food was outstanding. We can't wait to return. A quite exceptional hotel. more

Previous reviews of this hotel made us cautious about how good it would be. Fortunately we had an almost flawless experience over the three nights we stayed there. Being a business hotel front desk was formal to the point of being stuffy but not overly efficient. The foyer was also extremely hot. Restaurant Leonard was a nice formal room that... more

I managed to get an excellent rate at this hotel - € 80 - I guess that as it was a Sunday night, they were not too busy. My only dissapointment was that when I arrived, at around 7pm, there was nobody on duty, I had to go looking and it was several minutes before the receptionist arrived. I guess... more

Rooms were ok but not clean. Staff not friendly and even though the rate was 180 Euro per night and I several times complained about the dirt - nothing happened. The bath rooms were also not really clean and the breakfat room neither. the restaurant is good and the location with view over the city is nice. the university in... more
