Pleasant staff.. Old building in a shoddy area. Small room, no decor, no air-conditioning (they give a 12-inch fan), the 14-inch outdated TV did not work, no coffeemaker, no free WiFi, no hairdryer or shampoo, worn-out chair and desk. the elevator was small (can fit only 2 people with 2 luggages), rickety and unsafe and felt like you were locked... For just 1 night, it was relatively expensive and in my experience not worth it.. Room was very small, bathroom not clean and no wifi! not even in public area.. we had to wait for an available laptop. Breakfast was nothing special but still ok

Located in the northern, business district area, the hotel was about a 10-15 min walk from the main tourist area. Inside it was clean and nicely set out with a lounge area. Rooms we're ok size. Comfy beds. No air con but windows opened & the fan was effective. Slept really well. Could have done with a hairdryer but I... More

Location: Not far from the metro station Rogier, walking distance to Market Square and most of the nice bits of Brussels. The area itself looks a bit dodgy with graffiti everywhere. Reception: Clean, efficient, no fuss. Room: A somewhat odd sickly-sweet smell pervades the hotel, the kind of smell that's trying to cover up another, far worse smell. The room... More

This is one of the cosiest hotels i have ever stayed in. The room had a wonderful boulevard view, it was extremely clean and big enough for our needs. The bathroom was also very clean and quite large,i can say. The hotel is within walking distance from Grand Place and other attractions and close enough to public transportation lines. There... We arrived very early in the morning and were welcomed with an early check in and immediate help on how to kill time in the morning before our walking tour started. The receptionist who worked while we were there was so helpful and knew everything about brussels transport and hotspots. Great value for money

This hotel was not too difficult to get to, it's near the public transport line. The rooms were small and there was no wifi. The area was not great, when we headed out for dinner it wasn't a great neighbourhood to walk through and we were harassed by people hanging out on the streets as we passed (we were two... More

The location of the Queen Anne Hotel was good, a pleasant 10 minute walk to the Grand Place & all the touristy areas. The staff were very friendly and helpful with directions & any other questions. When I asked if I could be moved to another room after initially being put into a room which looked out onto a wall... More

Rooms were small but had everything we needed. Shower was powerful. Interior design was chic and mordern. Staff was extremely friendly and spoke perfect english. Not far at all from the city center - about 15 minuites walk! Would recommend strongly to anyone. Only downside was that the walls were thin so we could hear the cars at night, which... More
