A really nice hotel. Family/business atmosphere the team work really hard to make your stay positive, I have stayed there for over 8 years bi/tri-annually and I have only complements. The breakfast is really good, even though as a central hotel, life can get very busy and hats off to the hyper friendly severs who keep it going. For the... More

The morning (portuguese) and afternoon staff are very nice and receptive. Although the hotel it's not new refurbished it is 'OK' to stay for short stay. The breakfast, which is paid separately, is good and fresh for those not demanding. The internet is also paid, but fast. I my opinion it should be free as a courtesy.

Stayed here in August of last year and I would definitely come back for another stay if given a chance to travel to Brussels again. The hotel is just a mere 8-10 minutes walk from the Gare du Midi station. The location of the hotel could not be more strategic for those who would like to travel around Brussels by... More

I stayed 2 nights, the room was small but clean, but apparently very old. There was a lot of noise coming from the elevator and the corridors so I had to sleep with earplugs. Didn't like the breakfast buffet either. But staff was friendly and nice, and the stay was overall just fine.

This hotel is NEAR all the important sights of Brussel, but not RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF THEM - so you have no loud tourists here or drunken groups living it up under you hotel window - the rooms are basic, simple, and white-white-white. The breakfast buffet is really plentiful.

We stayed one night. Our room was small but clean. We loved the kitsh deco, but the place definitely needs a refresh. The rug in th room and the shared areas are dated and worn down. Otherwise, the hotel is very well located.

Queen Anne Hotel is situated in a good location - within walking distance from bars on/near Dansaertstraat and Vlaamsestraat. Great location for late film sessions at cinema Aventure Ciné Confort. And Garde du Noord is close for travellers whether coming from the airport or from other Belgian cities. Check in/out was quick and pleasant. Buffet breakfast costs additional 7.50€ but... More

I traveled solo around Europe and I Can tell you that this is one my fav hotel I've stayed in Europe for a nice budget. Rooms clean, have the train station really close. It isn't that close from la grand place, you have to walk but you can get walking almost to any place in Brussels so quick. You'll find... More

It was exactly as said before: Average. The rooms were very small and old, but cute. There was a bathtub in our room, but the bathroom was very very small. I couldn't say it was clean, as I found a bottle of cola left below my bed (supposedly from the previous guests). Unfortunately, wifi was charged extra (you could use... More

The hotel was ok. It is clean but my room was extremely small. Not a big deal but the bathroom was hard to shower in and the toilet kept running (plumbing problem?). The lift was extremely inefficient and this hotel is a bit of a walk from Grand Place. My biggest complain is you must pay extra to use the... More
