Got a great deal at this hotel for 99 Euro a night. The room was well appointed with 2 double beds and like most novotels, 2 children were allowed free with the parents. The metro was just behind the hotel & there were a lot of restaurants along the canal near the church (behind the hotel as well) The Rugbyman... more

I stayed in the Novotel Brussels for a three night vacation. This hotel is a typical Novotel, well placed, reasonable staff and the same room you get in every Novotel I have stayed in (I have stayed in 5 or 6 at this stage). We got a good rate on this hotel, cant remember how much but I remember it... more

The hotel is within easy reach of de Bruckère metro station and therefore easy to reach while still relatively quiet (the only noise is that of the adjacent IBIS hotel's air conditioning system). The rooms are relatively large, but if you are not a chain smoker, avoid the smoking ones (I got a non-smoking room (as reserved) after complaining of... more

I stayed for only one night in this hotel. I reserve the site, and used the rate Hot Deals. (Paid by credit card). I had no problems with the reservation made earlier by the internet. Easy way and fast to booking Accor Hotels. The charge is consistent with the hotel. Breakfast is good, but cost is high. Good Location, but... more

Great location. Everything you would want is nearby. Close to all the tourist spots. Room comfortable and clean. Nice bathroom, hot shower. Twin room doesn't exist, it's a pull out sofa bed which is comfortable nonehtheless. Breakfast is functional but uninspiring which is what we found in the rest of Belgiuim too. Polite and helpuf reception staff. Gourgeous Belgian chocolates... more

We booked for 4 nights through Airmiles oct 2008. No way would I pay the advertised 250 Euros plus 17 pp for the buffet breakfast however! The area around the hotel is fine generally, but the walk through from the entrance directly towards Ave Anspach is tatty to say the least! Staff are polite and friendly at reception with somewhat... more

Found this hotel via an Airmiles deal. It is well located for the city centre, being a 5 minute walk from Grand Place, the main centre for tourists. A supermarket and a manned multi storey car park are conveniently located across the road from the hotel. The hotel itself is typical of the Novotel/Ibis chain: a bit bland, but functional.... more

Stayed here for 3 nights as a base for the Belgian Grand Prix and it was booked as part of a package so not sure how much we were paying a night but it certainly wasn't the advertised 250 Euros a night. It was like several other Novotels I have stayed at and I would expect to pay no more... more

Stayed here on the 10 Aug 2008. There was a mix up with the booking between the agent and the Hotel. The Hotel took a booking for a twin room that did not exist. Your only option is a double bed and a tatty cover revealing a sofa bed on a wooden plank base, uncomfortable was not the word. Asked... more

We were glad that we didn't have to pay the full price of 250 euro for this room because We think that it's not worth it. The hotel was fairly good but it didn't have the class it should have for that price. The location of the hotel was good. It is very central and close to important touristic things... more
