Nice boutique hotel located about 15 minutes walk from the main square. Room are nicely decorated but maybe a little bit dark. Cannot comment on the breakfast as we did not choose this option due to it being so expensive. You can get breakfast in a nearby cafe for half the price.

The hotel is very nice, with very smart and beautiful furnitures, light colours and old cameras. The staff is very kind and gentle. The hotel is very well located near the city centre. The rooms are new and well furnished. The breakfast is good and with a very good choice of food. Unfortunately the heater doesn't work well and the room... More

We were visiting Brussel at 20th of Dec. Hotel is situated near central part of the city, really 10 min to the Grand Square or Central Station, for about 30-35 to the airport. Amazing lobby design, very cozy cafe, where breakfast is served. Fresh products and tasty coffee and tea. Instead of resting after long walks, every evening I had... More

I stayed here for two nights in November, while in Brussels on business. I'd happily stay again, whether there for business of pleasure. The reception staff were friendly and efficient. Breakfast was super - fresh bread and croissants, good coffee (I don't drink coffee, but several colleagues who were also there told me that the coffee was good). There was... More

We loved our stay in Zoom Hotel! Everything was great but we want to highlight the cleanness and confort of the room and the fantastic decoration, based on the Photo theme. Tram stop "Stephanie" is very near and metro station "Louise" too. The only less positive thing is the Wifi connection (sometimes is very slow).

Boutique hotel, nicely decorated. Our rooms was on ground floor, very quiet and clean. At first I was not very enthusiatic about the room on ground floor, but it is nice quarter, so in the end I didn't mind. Helpfull stuff, basic but decent breakfast. We were unlucky because during the night there was problem with the heating - broke... More

On a subtle side street in the heart of the shopping district, this place is cool and calm, with incredibly friendly staff. It doesn't cost the earth but is still clean and very, very well decorated. Their beer menu is great, with a witty description under each one. Vintage cameras for sale (as well as everything in the room!) and... More

I travel to Brussels quite often, but normally I stay in the same hotels. This time I decided to try a different one, after a search I ended up booking the Zoom Hotel. In terms of location it was very good, since it is very close to Av. Louise. The hotel itself is very interesting with a theme around photos.... More

The best hotel stay we've had in Europe in years. I cannot recommend Zoom Hotel enough. 1. LOCATION. The hotel is easy to find, and near the Stephanie tram stop and the Commune d'Ixelles (St. Boniface stop) so there are buses and trams going in every direction. Metro stop Louise is also within a five-minute walk, right beside a Häagen-Dazs... More

The hotel is very well situated on a quiet street near Avenue Louise. The rooms are spacious and fresh. As it's a small boutique hotel it doesn't have amenities like a restaurant or gym. The wifi worked very well. I travel to Brussels for business a lot and would definitely stay here again.
