Not a four-stars hotel. Quiet, clean but not top-level maintained. We had to clean a shower head from stone to get a better stream. Beds need to be replaced. It is situated not in the center, but there is no problem to find a place for lunch or beer. Shopping on Louise st. is for thick pockets. Very nice reception.... more

The rooms are large and clean (as long as you don't look at the windows - I don't think the inside of the window frames (the part you have to touch) have been cleaned in months, maybe years - I opened them using the curtain as a glove because otherwise I had to wash schmutz off my hands every time... more

Stayed at this hotel for three nights. We paid 230 EUR for the three nights and return flights to/from Copenhagen. The hotel offered great value compared to the price. LOCATION The hotel is located on a small road along Av. Louise, just 30 meters from the avenue. The avenue offers a lot of high class shops, and the Ixelles area... more

Lovely large modern room in muted colors, lovely large modern bathroom. Comfortable, big, clean bed, wide range of TV channels. Great breakfast, lovely breakfast room with garden outlook. Staff very helpful, spoke perfect English, and they also offered a range of tours outside of Brussells with pickup at Hotel. Hotel very close walking distance to Dam Square and so on.... more

This hotel was perfectly adequate for our stay in Brussels. It is nice to stay in a smaller hotel rather than the large corporate ones. The bedroom was large, the bathroom small without any ventilation. Plenty of hot water and a good breakfast. The hotel was not full and our room on the ground floor was very quiet even though it... more

We overnighted here in early May, and were impressed by the size of the rooms and the range of cable TV channels. It is in a reasonable location for exploring the city. Breakfast is OK, but unimaginative; bar soulless. Overall, not a bad stopover in Brussels, at a reasonable price. more

Brussels during the week is so expensive, so i booked this place for a change. Its an average price for what you get, in Brussels and for someone coming for a business meeting and out the next day its fine - but saying that, I agree its really not a place for tourists who want a nice hotel to stay... more

Our 5 day stay was poor to start with, the when non of the taxi drivers at Gare du Midi actually knew where the hotel was. The Hotel's name is deceptive suggesting that the Hotel is in the prestigious Avenue Louise which would shares neighbours with the Likes of Louis Vutton, Cartier and the Armani and Versace houses. Actually its... more

Stayed at Floris Louise for 3 days in June 07. Probably just about deserves it's 4 star rating. Some of the corridors could do with a lick of paint , but apart from that and the creaking floorboards in our room , nothing to complain about.Fairly large room , table , desk , wardrobe chest of drawers 2 armchairs(dont you hate... more
