Was there for 4 nights, great reception and bar/restaurant. Then when you get to your room its tiny, asked to be moved, they oblidged and moved me to another small room. Street noise was bad the first night as I was at the fron of the hotel. Next day they moved me to a suite at the back of the... more

Martin's Central Park is centrally located, a few steps away from the EU institutions buildings. The hotel has an attractive lobby and restaurant and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. However, for the price paid, the room was rather small and basic and no breakfast was included. The lock of the door wasn't working properly and the minibar was... more

I booked the 4* St Martins Cenral Park hotel in Brussels as it was provided as a 'secret hotel' by an online booking company. The hotel was located close to the European Commission (1 minute walk) and similarly close to the metro station (line 1a/ab). There is a direct train to the central station which takes a little over 10... more

The hotel seems to have been refurbished recently, and the rooms are modern and nice. Especially the bathrooms are a plus, with jacuzzi (in all rooms, I think). The location is great if you are travelling to a meeting in the EU council, EU-parliament, or most of the DG's. If you are a tourist, the hotel is a short metroride... more

Dear Madam, Dear Sir, We are very pleased to have you as our guest in Martin's Central Park. However we are most concerned to learn that you have experienced inconveniences during your stay. We have taken notice about the fact that some of the breakfast and reception staff didn't fulfilled your wishes and measures have been taken upon these levels....

I stayed at the Martin's Central Park during September on business. I found the hotel to be most comfortable considering I was travelling on my own. The location was excellent for the EU institutions. The only disappointment was the breakfast considering the hotel decor and the professionalism of the staff this needs to be looked into further. Overall I would... more

One of my beds was broken, the staff were not interested in fixing this stating I had another bed.... The room radiator was on FULL, but not able to turn it down. I resorted to having the window open all night to neutralise the heat! Which would be fine if the binmen didn't collect DAILY at 4am. The breakfast isn't... more

I recently stayed for one night at Martin's Central Park for work. If you're short on time and can't read a whole review, I'll sum up by saying, "Go elsewhere". While the lobby and restaurant look nicely renovated, the rooms aren't. They look old and dirty though the very small bathrooms seem to have been done up. Bizarrely, you need... more

Having just spent 2 nights at this hotel, we found it to be well priced, clean and modern. Our room was small but v.clean. The bathroom was modern with bath / powerful shower. There are no drinks-making facilities in-room but there is a coffee machine on every floor. We skipped breakfast as at 20 EUR we felt it was a... more

Hotel lobby is gorgeous, as are the eateries onsight. One surprise upon arrival was the unhelpful person at the front desk. Did what he had to do but wasn't smiling or friendly and absolutely did not go out of his way. Our rooms had flat screens and the bathrooms were obviously redone (great shower pressure!) but there was a stain... more

On arrival the staff at reception made us feel like they were doing us a favour by letting us stay at the hotel. Having stayed at Het Klooster in Leuven, another Martins hotel a number of times, we were dissapointed by the service at this hotel. The breakfast was also extremely expensive, €20 per person! The hotel itself is great,... more
