This hotel still has good rooms and service and I have never really been disappointed with their rooms. The only weak spot I would say is the breakfast. Not really up to the standard of the rest of the hotel. Anyway, still a good option in the center of Brussels.

Having only we night in Brussels we wanted a hotel that was well located and would give us a good night of rest. It delivered. It was a simple walk from the main station, or you could catch the closer Metro station Saint Catherine if you have luggage. The staff were very helpful and welcoming, the room comfortable and clean... More

The hotel is comfortable, modern and clean; the breakfast is quite good and rich, and the staff, with some exception, is helpful and kind. The location is great, next to the metro station Sainte Catherine metro station (lines 1 and 5), to the fish market and at 10 minutes walk from the Bourse and the Grand Place. It's not exactly... I had high hopes of this hotel when i booked it through Booking.com. Upon arriving the lady of the reception informed us that there were no parking spaces available. One of the reasons that we booked this hotel is the parking, she informed us that there were only 8 spaces for the 88 rooms! The lovely Lady at reception was... More

I wasn't sure what expect from the hotel after reading some of the reviews on here. But the place is lovely, it looks as though it's had a full refurb top to bottom, the staff are really friendly and breakfast was excellent Would highly recommend

We were very happy staying in this hotel. It was very close to St Catherines and the Christmas market, and a close walk to Grand Place, the Mannequin Pis and other great sites. The breakfast was ok - a buffet with a good range of offerings on the buffet. The staff were friendly also.

The location is great for access to all of the central areas of Brussels including the Grand Place which is only 5 minutes away. It is located on a narrow street that can be hard to find without a good navigation system, there is parking (if not full) but beware the access in and out of the parking requires a... More

I like this hotel because it has grown but has remained somehow friendly - good breakfast, a happy hour which means you can meet friends downstairs before going out. It is very handy for the centre but the area itself is a good mixture of shops, homes , markets.
