Stayed in the apts for about a month. Fairly comfortable, clean and quiet with nice kitchen. Mattress very soft and if you have a "bad back" syndrome, good luck! Reception and concierge all done next door at Marriott Renaissance. This service is "hit or miss". Almost unfailingly, the male staff provide poor service. Most requests are answered by putting you... More

If you're on a trip to Brussels with the family in tow, this Marriott provides you with ample space for the kids and the option of doing some cooking for yourself. Our two bedroom included a king size bed and a queen size bed. Oddly, the room with the queen bed had the TV, while the room with the king... More

We stayed 3 night in this hotel and we were very VERY happy to stay there. The room had everything we could expect and we had no complains at all. We didn't find it a problem that we have to go next door for breakfast and for swimming. Staff was friendly and helpful. More

Stayed here for a long weekend in Brussels with our toddler daughter. Was a bit worried reading some of the reviews but the one bed apartment we had was great. Plenty of space, flat screen tv in the bedroom and comfy sofa to sit on in the living room. Water was red hot and the place was very clean. Plenty... More

The Apartment was very clean = big plus. However, the shower ran luke warm to COLD very quickly. There were three of us who tried showers at different times-all COLD. The Internet did not work correctly. Something near the phone beeped every 20 minutes (all through the night) and was not corrected. It was a very long walk into Grand... More

We didn't get a very cheap deal, paying over 320 Euros a night for 8 nights, without breakfast. To be fair all the staff from cleaners to reception, bar and pool were charming. Internet is a problem, cable connection broken, charges multiple times when it disconnects. Again reception sorted the refund for this straight away, no arguments. But only being... More

Okay to be honest. Although you have to walk for about ten minutes, the walk is well worth it. The hotel is amazing. Service was perfect, nothing was bad about it at all. The whole stay was brilliant. More

Stayed 4 nights end of October, decided to try apartment for a change and pleasantly surprised. We had 1 bedroom apt with large lounge and small but functional kitchen. Could benefit from some refurbishing (carpet frayed by bedroom door for example) but still very good value. You need to check in at the Renaissance Hotel next door so no problem and doors... More

We stayed here for a weekend for a family reunion trip to Brussels. The price we paid for a two bed appartment was very very reasonable(euro150per night) but the property does suffer from being a little dated. Cons The sofa in our appartment was extremely uncomfortable (springs given way so you slipped thru to the sofabed beneath) plus the chairs... More

Check in/check out is done on the hotel next door Room was confortable and big enough for 3of us. The kitchen is small and on arrival it didnt have fork/spoon/plates or glasses enough for 3 people. Called reception and they sorted that out. No wifi and the price of wired internet is outrageous - i pay less for a month... More
