I travel a lot but this was a great surprise. Either absolutely new or totally renovated. Room 208, a studio apt next door to the actual hotel. Looks like it's a separate building. Brand new everything! I opened the windows and can see down the shopping streets and hear, if windows are open, the street musicians play. If closed, barely... More

This is a nice hotel I've stayed at recently while visiting Brussels,I stayed at room 112, and for sure it has got its positive and negative points, to sum up: positive: definitely the location for no doubt, its about 10 minutes walk from the central train station, 2 minutes walk from the metro station, couple of minutes walk to the... Arrived in the morning, a male in his mid-30s with beard said, 'check in? 2 o'clock. You can put your luggage in that room'. Didn't have a chance to answer or to say hi as he turned away. We took the key that had already sit on the counter and stored our luggage there. I would say that was not... More

A good location for the Christmas Market and also the Grote Market where there was an excellent light show with music for 10 minutes. The breakfast was good and the staff were very helpful and spoke excellent English. The hotel is being refurbished and I had to walk over cables to get to my room.

If you're in town with friends to visit the markets or have a short stopover, this is the hotel for you. It's inexpensive, and as one reviewer wrote...you get what you paid for. Yes, they are undergoing renovations, yes there is dust in the halls. The rooms are exceptionally small, smaller than the average hotel room. They should have electronic... More

If this is somewhere that you want to just sleep then its the place for you, The hotel its self is above a casino so be prepared for a restless few nights sleep if you travel on Friday + sat night. The rooms were okay, One thing that put me off straight away was that the hotel gave another traveller... More

I was booked for 3 nights on a business trip. Entering reception I thought a mistake had been made because if was grimy. ON checking in, I went to the lift only to find it hard to get in due the dirty bags of laundry thrown in there. It stayed there for the rest of the night. The area outside... More

Right in the city center on a lovely pedestrian, close to evreything you need. Great breakfast and helpful stuff. I would expect though for more considaeration as a guest. For exapmle if you miss the housekeeping service in the morning because you over slept it is impossible to get new towels, extra pillow or a shampoo after 5 pm .... More

Comfortable hotel in the centre of the town, clean and close to most you need. The hotel is almost on The Grand Place. You can walk to the Central Station too instead of using taxi or bus. The staff is kind, helpful and reliable, making you feel home and wishing to come back to the same hotel, which I always... More

Great hotel in a great location and a reasonable price! This hotel although basic I think really has tried its best to look great and stay at a good budget price! The walls are very thin which was my only qualm but the bed was decent the room a nice size, good sized bathroom, small bath tub but okay for... More
