This hotel is well located for the metro and is located between the European area and the Grand Place. The welcome was friendly and the receptionist spoke good English. I had room 6, which was split level, with the bathroom located below the main room. The hotel is clean, no bar or restaurant, but the continental breakfast was more than... More

Hotel was reasonably clean with nice stuff. The room was cousy with excellent view from terrasse. Location is perfect just in between everything I needed - EU district and city center, food and shopping. Bed was a little too soft, but I slept nicely. Only thing is that when I returned home, my clothes smelled kind of strange but not... More

The hotel's location is perfect, close to the EU district, city center, food and shopping. It also looks good from the outside. But the whole place is something left since the 80ies, the whole interior is worned down. My room was clean but I had a strange feeling the whole stay. Odd ambiance. The breakfast was poor like a cheap... More

My first impression was good - the outside and reception area look good. However, that was really the high point. The lift is inadequate for this size hotel. There is junk lining the walls of the corridors (I know refurbishment has to be done but do it safely!) My room smells very odd (not bad as such, maybe a bit... More

As you already know, accommodation in Bx comes at high prices and low quality. However, this hotel was a good surprise. After following a maze in order to arrive to the 7th floor (the elevator stops at the 6th, from there you have to go on foot), I discovered a cozy room , with enough space and a comfy bed... More

I stayed here with three work colleagues for a single night. The rooms were perfectly functional and clean and we had no real complaints. Some of the negative reviews on Trip Advisor don't seem justified to me and I would certainly stay here again for a work meeting. The breakfast was standard continental buffet and there was free WiFi in... More

I stayed here with a friend for a night out in Brussels. We have done this before and stayed closer to the Grand Place for a relatively cheap price. However as we booked only a week before our stay all those locations were fully booked. The Hotel Chambord was €90 and so was a price we were willing to pay... More

I booked and paid for a double room on 6 of June. Arived on 15 th of August 2014 . The receptionist told me they don't have double rooms and will gave me a single even I had my reservation voucher. I ask for refund and he told me they can't give me refund because it is my fault I... More

I have stayed 4-5 times in the hotel during the last two years. The hotel is situated in OK area in Brussels, with shopping and metro station nearby. It takes actually not more than 15 minutes to walk to the Central Station. Breakfast is not perfect, but OK. NB! If you are staying in the hotel, avoid rooms on the... More

Dust on the bed table and desk. A bit of smell from the bathroom. Shower room very small (if you are an adult man, you may not be able to use your arms comfortably when washing hair) Don't reserve rooms with the room # that ends with 9.(19, 29,39...). Too small and too dark. No sunlight at all.
