Perfect location very convenient to everything in Brussels. Excellent breakfast buffet with good healthy choices, fruits and cereals, nice and helpful staff at breakfast. Our room was rather dark, good comfortable big beds, plush bathrobes, appreciated the wood flooring . However the bathroom was not at all up to the Scandic hotels standards in Scandinavia. The bathroom was worn and... More

The price was right! Lobby is nice and well-appointed. Staff was relatively new and didn't have the best suggestions on where to go for a meal, but they were extremely friendly and helpful when they could. The rooms are the smallest I have ever seen! Two twin beds and barely room to move around. Beds were surprisingly comfortable- like large... More

This hotel is in downtown close to all the sites and is an easy walk from the train station. The hotel lobby was a little worn down, but room was clean and neat, with air conditioning. The breakfast buffet was wonderful with many organic options.

The great advantage of this hotel is its location – walking distance (5-7 minutes) to the Central Railway Station, metro and Grand Place = 2 minutes walk to the bus stop going directly to the Luxembourg Square (European Parliament). The hotel is organized in the typical Scandic Hotels style – i.e. wooden floors, eco bins (to sort litters), big containers... More

We had already stayed at the Scandic Hotel in Rovaniemi, Finland and found it excellent which was one of the reasons we chose to stay at the Scandic in Brussels at the end of July. We found it to be very good, especially the location, service and food. It does what it says on the label, so if you expect... More

The hotel is very well located very close to Grand Place and the Central station. The rooms were clean and fairly spacious and a big plus was the environmental aspect. You could save your towel for the next day and the soap was in containers, which saves money and makes a less harmful impact on the environment. The staff was... More

This is far from what you would expect from a 4-star hotel. Room was small, dull and not so clean. There was none of the usual "freebies" in the bathroom - If you needed a toothbrush, you had to buy it at reception. The view from the room was of the three internal walls of the courtyard. There was no... More

I somehow expected less, and maybe not cause the price was relatively low (read: good) but because I was sort of sure Brussels offers same low standard of hotels as London. Well, how surprise I was! This is a really nice hotel of pretty basic yet comfortable standard with a Scandinavian design and approach. The service is exceptionally good -... More

Though this was in a good location I was disappointed by it overall. The breakfast was lacking in selection and quality in comparison to the other hotel I'd been to in the same price range. The room's walls were not very thick so that I could hear things in the hallway and other rooms above as well, making for a... More
