We just had tree nights at the hotel, and have to say it was just great! Very good rooms, and the service was excellent for the price. Have stayed at e few other hotels in Brussels, and they are not near the service and style when in the same price range. Also, the location is very good. Just 6-7 minutes... More

Fairly good hotel with welcoming and helpful staff, clean and run with the guests best interests at heart. We had a couple of problems with the room but these were minor and sorted immediately. The first instance we reported a bedside light missing and were amazed that in the time it took us to get to the room staff were already... We chose this hotel because the price was reasonable and the location wasn't in the main Brussels tourist area. The Sablon area is quant and beautiful. The hotel was comfortable, clean and well appointed. Our room faced the back, and we were able to open the large double windows for a refreshing breeze and nice view. The hotel staff was... More

Overall, this hotel was fairly good. We got a good price through Priceline and it was as good as we expected. Fortunately, our breakfast was included except for the last morning of our stay. Figuring it wouldn't break the bank, we just bought the breakfast and had it charged to the room. On checkout, I discovered it was 25€/person, which... More

We stayed a couple of nights at this hotel and our experience turn out fantastic. Very helpful staff and without forgetting a very lovely breakfast every morning. Easy access to the main sightseeing only walking distance and if you are driving there are loads of parking spaces but free after certain hours & all day Sunday. We are very pleased... More

We spent a couple of nights at the NH HOTEL DU GRAND SABLON in Brussels earlier this month. The location was fantastic as the weekend antiques market was right across the street, the annual Summer Festival was just around the corner and the Grand Place and Royal Palace were within easy walking distances. They have a wonderful breakfast buffet with... More

To be fair, I only stayed overnight at the hotel so I did not have a chance to experience the hotel well enough. However, the one night I slept here was not a good one. The lumpy hard pillows and a lumpy comforter did not make it easy to rest. Throw in the loud noise from the street in the... More

We stayed at the Grand Sablon for 4 nights from 8th August and had a perfect stay. A problem with our Eurostar booking was sorted immediately and an extra bed put in one of our rooms. The staff were always courteous, polite and extremely helpful. We had 2 deluxe rooms and when one developed a massive leak on our first... More

I've stayed in this hotel before when it was the "Jolly." Place Sablon is a great location. The hotel has many pluses -- good breakfast, great location, helpful staff. But it also has some minuses -- it's getting old and worn, it's noisy, especially in the summer when the air conditioning means opening a window, the WiFi is creaky and... More
