We stayed at the Leopold as part of an AA Getaway package, and we travelled via the Eurostar from Ebbsfleet, very satisfactory journey, on arrival we were very early and our room was obviously not ready, so the reception booked us in and labelled our luggage and stored this for us,we then went to explore locally and visited the EU...

We stayed at the Leopold as part of an AA Getaways package, which promised a free upgrade from standard to executive room. As we arrived at lunch time, we were told our room wasn't ready but another was found. Not until the following day did we realise that our very small twin-bedded room with the internal courtyard view was not...

We stayed in the hotel 2 nights in December '11. We stayed in an executive room which was a good size but not lighted very well, room were a bit dark but quiet, comfortable beds and a big comfortable bathroom.
Breakfast is gorgeous and staff is friendly and helpful. On reception there was always someone who spoke English very well,...

Stayed in a couple at the Leopold for 3 nights from 20 to 23 december. All the staff was very helpful, acceuillant and friendly. The breakfast buffet was really beyond our expectations and offered a good variety of cold and hot food. The location is also great. Amazing New Year trees completed the ambiance and made you feel home. Will...

Need on a city break. The breakfast buffet has a good choice of
Hot and cold food and we have always...

This hotel needs a makeover. I paid 190€ Per night without breakfast 20€ and wifi 10€. The location is good but the beds feels like being back in the military.

A 3-star hotel with all the limitations that implies. Higgledy-piggledy warren of rooms presumably because it is several conjoined buildings. Rooms small, dated and clean but didn't feel it. Location good for EU business. Breakfast excellent.

We stayed in the 'executive suite' for 3 nights as part of a Groupon deal.
The double bed consisted of 2 singles pushed together and some long black hairs were found on the pillows. The decor is so dated, I'm guessing late 80's.
The bathroom smelt of sewerage and the bathroom cupboard was a disgusting sight of old towels and...

Visited early December for Christmas Market (which is great!) and the hotel was 'fine'. Room was small so not much space but just about enough for a short break. Breakfast was a bit disappointing as most of the 'hot' food was cold and not alot of choice. It filled a small hole until we were able to get delicious waffles...
