The hotel has excellent location close to two metro stations and walkable distance to Brussels MIDI and Brussels central stations. Very close to Garnd place and 15 minutes walk to main shopping street. Rooms are small yet clean, noticed problems with water leak in walls and ceiling of room and corridor with (Do not touch sign). LCD TV with receiver,... more

yes the rooms are tiny, and if you hate airconditioning as I do, many rooms look onto one of the busiest streets in brussels which isn't great for sleeping.... The furnishings are cheap and the finishing off of the rooms is very shabby but mine was clean and I liked the feeling of being right in the centre. It was... more

A four star hotel in the city centre was what attracted us to choose us this hotel amidst a choice of so many others. Never knew I could be so wrong. We had requested an early check in and we were first made to wait for half an hour and then told our room was ready. That was funny and... more

The room was very shabby, though the lobby was very well done. It was centrally located. The bed was two singles pushed together. I think the mattresses were made of stone. The comforter/blanket was nasty. more

I stayed in this hotel for 5 nights. I go to Brussels twice a year and I already know quite a lot hotels there. Most of the 4* hotels that I have stayed before were not very modern; compared to them, Eurostars Grand Place gave me the impression of being more new. I was given a room looking at the... more

Arrived to a double room which was 2 single beds pushed together. They moved us to a proper double room for the remaining 2 nights. The hotel rooms are suffocatingly hot, as the aircon is pretty impotent. The beds weren't overly comfortable either, which combined with the hot rooms meant a poor nights sleep. The 1 positive is the location... more

Took a midweek break in Brussels with my wife to do a bit of sight-seeing, eating and drinking. Booked the Eurostar Hotel through Royal Bank Hotel finder, it cost £140 for two nights, double room with breakfast included. The hotel is centrally located and is on a busy street ( Boulevard Anspach) but we still managed to walk past the... more

Hotel sounds great but in really it is very poor level of services. For what I paid it is ok (55€). If more expensive, find something else. Everything is impersonal, staff is not super friendly, room is little. The mattress are new and great. Breakfast was not included, but WAS EXCELLENT! (12€) more

I spent just one night at this hotel and was sorry to not be staying longer. The room was spotlessly clean, front desk staff was friendly and helpful, it was a great location and the breakfast buffet was excellent. No complaints at all. I highly recommend it and would return again. more

I stayed for 1 night for business. The location is good - 5 minute taxi ride from the Eurostar station (Brussels Midi) costing EUR 6.00 and a short walk from the Grand Place. The receptionist was not overly friendly but was efficient. The room was clean and everything worked but the bed was very firm! Breakfast was fine. Overall a... more
