I booked with www.booking.com and got a rate of 70 Euros a night for myself and my boyfriend. We were only staying one night, so we we OK with not being in the centre of the city. The walk downtown took us less than 30mins...and we stopped to check out a few things along the way. When I booked online,... more

I have to go against some of the comments here, but I highly reccomend this hotel! I had read mixed reviews on the place and I only settled with this place as I couldn't get my first choice. Me and my sister paid 140 EUR in total, for 2 nights including breakfast over the Easter weekend. On arrival from the... more

My usual three-star hotel in Brussels (the Atlas) was fully booked, so I had to resort to something else, and found this. My travel agency got a price of 150 a days, which is top of my range, so I said ok. I did not think to ask if breakfast was included, as it usually is in Brussels. The hotel... more

We stayed this hotel from 13th to 15th of Feb. The room was cosy and staff were kind and helpful, breakfast was quite basic (egg, bacon, sausage, tomato, cheese, bread, coffee...) but tastes were above average and satisfactory. In terms of its location, the hotel is close to Louise Street and may be of interest for some tourists, but restaurants... more

We booked The Stephanie through lastminute.com and got a great rate. It was perfectly located for what we wanted although a walk from the Gote Market. The rooms were fairly large, clean, comfortable and warm. The hotel reception staff were absolutely lovely and couldn't have helped more. I would definitely stay here again because for the price we paid it... more

We stayed at NH Stephanie from December 05th to 07th. I couldn't tell how pleased we were with this great hotel. Good front desk staff, polite, smiling, with a great sense of customer care, excellent service. Breakfast staff: just the same, very professional. Hotel building modern, nothing special. Cosy lobby, warm colours, very welcoming, with lots of space. Same comments... more

Because we forgot our hotel confirmation at home, we asked on the desk, if breakfast is included. Reception took a look in the computer, they told us, that breakfast is included. In the end, they charged us (over 60 EUR for two persons for two nights, just for breakfast)! Telling us, we didn't ask! I can not recommend this hotel... more

When we arrived at the hotel one pillow and the bathroom was full of little hairs (it looks like some had cleaned a haircutting machine). They said that they just installed an a/c machine and it must had dropped from the machine. It sounded weird but they apoligized and cleaned again. The third day the sheet had blue stains, it... more

We stayed at the NH Stephanie for 3 nights and I was very pleased. We had booked a non-smoking room with a queen size bed, which was unfortunately not available the night we arrived so we stayed in a smoking room that wasn't too bad and moved the next morning. The rooms are very clean and comfortable with quality mattresses... more

For rate of Eur 100 per night (2 persons) NH Hotel Stephanie offered us a great room, correct and friendly service and excellent breakfast buffet. Good location, shops and restaurants nearby. Pleasant walk to Grand Place takes about 20 min. Metro station Louiza is nearby. Hotel has a small private parking, but you can also park your car in the... more
