Recently returned from a long weekend in Brussels, staying at this hotel and to be honest, we felt the experience was mixed. Sadly the room lacked airconditioning, which meant the only cooling option was to open the sliding window. Unfortunately, this also let in the noise of traffic, loud car 'music' and the noise from the Lebanese restaurant and nightclub... more

I liked this place a ton when it was a Melia property last August--the fact that it's a Sercotel but can't be found in the Sercotel literature on the web doesn't bode well. The rooms were great--small, but extremely well appointed. And, rare for a Hotwire property, they threw in breakfast. It's in my favorite Brussels neighborhood so I won't... more

We have just came back from Brussels and an Easter weekend stay at the Izan Avenue Louise Hotel. The hotel is a boutique hotel with 60 rooms - we booked in a Superior Double room. On arrival we were greeted with a nice young woman at the Reception and although check-in time was 2.00pm, we were able to get our... more

I stayed at the Melia for four nights on a business trip. The hotel is upscale, with a clasic decor, but in perfect condition. My room was very big, although they do vary in size. It had everything you need, except for an Ethernet jack. This brings me to the only bad thing about the stay - the wireless internet... more

The Louise is a boutique-chic hotel, belonging to Melia. The executive suite is HUGE... very well decorated (classic stile), with all amenities (pilow menu, chocolates, etc)... The neighbourhood is very nice, lots of top design stores and beautiful streets around. The location is a little bit far from the city´s main atractions, but its a very quiet place to get... more

I stayed for 5 days in room 453 in late Feb 08. I was quite impressed with the spacious room and comfortable looking bed. However the carpet in the room was badly stained and badly needed to be replaced. The worst part was that the smell of the toilet lingered forever as there was no ventilation vent to extract the... more

A very nice hotel near to Av. Louise and close to the centre, 5 minutes by car. The rooms are very spacious and very luxurious, breakfast very good and the staff really helpful A great choice for Brussels! more

If you are looking for a good Hotel in Brussels town center the Melia is a good choice. We always stay there when in Brussels because it is in the center and you can walk everywhere. Breakfast is good and the rooms are nice. No restaurant but there is a bar and room service for food. Ask for an executive... more

We stayed at this hotel as we wanted to see the christmas markets, as long as you get used to the public transport system the distance is not too bad. The hotel looked nice when we first arrived, but the room itself was a little dated with its decor. The room was lovely and traditional, but the bath was not... more
