Good quality hotel. Large rooms. A little old fashioned but we liked that. Very comfortable bed, opening windows. Friendly welcoming staff. Breakfast fine. Close enough to metro, close to tram. Very good value for the price we paid which seems to be regularly available through the usual comparison sites. Would use again and recommend for those wanting a quiet, unpretentious... More

Very unique hotel, good value for our stay in Brussels. The hotel was not very central however having said that we easily got the train into the centre and we also went to Bruges for a day. The room itself was cosy and the bed was fairly large and comfortable. The bathroom was small but had a bath which I... More

I stayed in this hotel for three night. For a single traveller it was just about okay. Corridors are so narrow that you cannot cross or pass another person. Rooms are small, though clean. Bathroom needed repair as the sink choked and the flush did not work at times. Location is good, as it is near metro and tram stations.

I visit Brussels every year, but I stayed in Louise area first time. Normal value vs cost. Corridors are like labyrinth and I felt quite excited. Spacious and well equipped room, style of 70-s, bathroom with tub, really king-size bed. Very kind and nice staff in reception. Quiet location and pretty girls on the street corners. 10 minutes walk to... More

I stay at this hotel almost every time I visit Brussels. Excellent value vs. cost. Spacious, well equipped rooms, clean, big-enough bathrooms with clean bathtubs (congrats cleaning service!), very kind, well-trained and simply nice reception staff. Quiet location. No problem with finding a parking place in the area. A little bit far away from the city center though.

Location is all right--close to metro and tram, and seemed safe enough to walk in the evening. The property is old and quite a few things in the room did not work properly--like the door to the bathroom that got stuck. Carpet is old and stained. Breakfast had limited choices and was way overpriced--only had it once. There is a... More

Convenient location for the 94 tram route and just off the Avenue Louise so also within walking distance of the nearest underground station and places to eat out locally. Rooms good size although bath very small. Also very small lift. Clean and comfortable but can be a little noisey if at the front. Reasonable value for money with good breakfast... More

My girlfriend and I stayed here for 4 days earlier this year, having managed to get a good deal on an online booking website. The hotel was therefore probably more expensive that one that we - as students - would usually have picked. The room was large and well decorated and had a comfortable and attractive bathroom. There were some... More

I use Izan Avenue Louise hotel several times when I am in Brussels. It is a nice hotel located in the Avenue Louise area, not far away from downtown Brussels. The area has many shops and some nice reseaurants and bars around. The hotel is almost always very quiet, has a decent buffet breakfast and free wifi. The presonnel is... More
