I booked this hotel on Internet. When I arrive at 12 PM they were not finding my reservation. Receptionist was very rude and he refused to call his responsible. Maybe it was not their fault but they told me they were fully booked and they did not support me in finding another solution. I was lucky to find, in the... more

it was a good choice and became my favorite hotel when traveling to Brussels. good location, not loud and good service however, do not go for the smoking rooms, since the smell is not at all enjoyable. more

Me and my partner stayed in this hotel for two nights this Easter. All the staff were really helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great, huge selection and what we had was really yummy. The location was great for us too as we wanted something out of the centre but close enough to make daily trips there. (15min slow walk... more

This hotel is just off Avenue Louise, which is a busy shopping street, with both cars and trams. The hotel is actually on Rue Blanche, 30 metres in from Ave. Louise, and is very quiet. Located about 5 minutes walk from tram 94's stop on Place Stephanie, and perhaps 8 minutes from metro Louise. The area around the hotel is... more

Staff at this hotel was most helpfull. I think it is having a branding change.Part of the Izan hotel group now. Rooms very spacious for European standards. Lovely bathrooms and comfortable beds. Anything you would want on the hot buffet breakfast. Steps away from good shopping. It is not located close to historical sights but is a 20 min. walk... more

This hotel is , in my opinion, fantastic. It is right in the centre of Brussels on the most affluent area. It is down a side street which is great as you don't hear any noise from traffic etc. Hotel reception staff were excellent and very helpful if needed. Breakfast was continental but was adequate. I would definately recommend this... more

Hotel Louise has everything going for it. A lovely hotel, classic design, in a quiet side street off a main road with all transport nearby. Really great price for such a large and comfortable room, staff spoke good English and were very helpful. Tram stop virtually right outside, metro a ten minute walk. Right in the designer shopping centre of... more

Great hotel! Good value for money. Good location. Not too far a walk to Metro Louise and all the designer shops. Rooms were clean and spacious although lacked air conditioning, fortunately my room had a balconey so was able to leave the windows open. Staff were helpful and friendly; breakfast was a definite treat. more

The nice receptionist let us in before check-in time and as we mentioned in booking note, we got quiet room in 6th floor. The floor is no problem but the lift is damn small that you always have to queue. The room is fine and comfy except the view of course, but we wouldn't mind since we didn't spend a... more
