We got a great price including breakfast at this hotel. 20 min walk to Grand Sablon and a further 10 to Grande Place – for us this was perfect although as per other reviewers also near public transport. Room lovely- we’d not placed a request beforehand however were still allocated a corner room, with large comfortable king size bed, good... More

Chose this one because it looked good on the web, but I've been caught like that before. However, it proved to be a really good choice. It looks just like it does in the web pictures. It's clean and nicely decorated, with far more than just the basic bed, dressing table and one chair. TV, wi-fi,room safe all included, The... More

I stayed in this hotel during my stay in Brussels during June 2014. The staff was nice and always tried to help. The room I got for myself was nice, but the decoration looked quite old, especially in the toilet, and needed some refurbishing. I got my room on the 1st floor, but outside the window you could see the... More

The staff were very patient with my ridiculous French. I haven't had French in more than ten years and yet somehow they were able to comprehend my absurd attempts. All of them spoke English, and would usually jump in with English when I'd exhausted my thirty or so words of French. However, it was nice that they let me try... More

The room is OK, decor quite dated but it was clean and the bed was comfortable. It is in a great location, I personally like the Ixelles area the best and it is close to shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. It's not too far from the center if you want to visit Grand Place and other tourist attractions. It is... More

This hotel was super. Near restaurants & shopping in a quite residential area off the main road. Most staff were nice. Rooms are clean and well decorated. Euros 45.00 to 50.00 oneway from Airport. Breakfast included and very good. Coffee was great. I would stay there again.

We spent two nights at this hotel, selecting it because we were able to pay for the stay with our airline mileage. While the comments of previous reviewers about the outdated furniture are true, this did not impact our stay in the least. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and we found the hotel to be a quaint, comfortable,... More

In this hotel was very unfriendly and unhelpful staff at the reception. They didn't care about us, talked to us with contempt. Shower-bath was full of mold, nobody clean it up for a long time. NEVER MORE.

The staff at this hotel go above and beyond their duties. They directed us around Brussels and helped with the best attractions, they recommended restaurants and where pleasant and friendly all of the time. I cannot thank them enough for their kindness. The hotel itself is lovely and much nicer then we predicted. The lobby area is laid out beautifully... More

My room was very spacious and, as it faced an interior patio, it was also very quiet (as I had asked for upon reservation). The Hotel staff was very helpful and correct. Wi-fi was available in the room, and was included in the price. I've read, on previous reviews, that the corridors of this Hotel were particularly narrow. So, I... More
