I stayed here for a couple of days. I liked that they held my room for a late check in. I was somewhat disappointed in the room because I was on the first floor and my window opened up to a small square and right on the other side were the windows to the lounge. It was annoying because I... More

This is one weird place to begin with. Everything at this place is a contradiction. Good parts: Location, next to the louise shopping district Friendly service provided by the staff Speedy wifi Close to metro and tram services Quiet and safe area The bad: Rooms have a kitschy and outdated interior Bathroom had molt patches on it Tiny lift Everything... This hotel is situated at a great location with plenty of shops and restaurants. Hotel is average with decent rooms and comfortable bed. Price is good for location. As it is a small hotel - rooms are limited and early check in or late check out could be an issue when it is busy. But you can store luggage in... More

If you need to stay at the area of Louise, then Izan is quite a safe option. I have been there few times. Price has been reasonable. The hotel does not look too fresh, but is clean and decent. Rooms are big and breakfast is OK.

If you are going and want a great location for the price... This hotel has it. THe staff are very helpful, but the rooms were a bit on the tired side. First room had a large chunk of wallpaper coming off as I entered and the room was very tiny. The receptionist did change the room. The second was also... More

I ended up here by accident rather than design. The nearby Hotel Bristol messed up my booking so they found this place as a one night stand-in. It proved a reasonable back-up. While the room and common spaces were dated and rather average, and the lift one of the slowest you'll find, the front desk were very efficient and friendly.... More

Stayed here on business and could not fault it. Room fine for single traveler, plenty of selection on TV , nice reception area and a good continental breakfast. All staff were pleasant and reception staff were very nice and very helpful. Location is good and the price including breakfast is very reasonable and I will stay there again. Good wifi... More

Stayed here with my wife for the Belgium v Wales football match. Great hotel, staff were very helpful on the desk. Breakfast was ok. Rooms were lovely. Would definitely recommend this hotel for a couple who are visiting Brussels and would definitely stay here again

A one night and a half stay for a meeting was convenient and pleasant. The hotel is a bit on the older side (a renovation wouldn't hurt) but it is quite well kept. The room was clean and enough for the two half nights I have spent in it. Breakfast was good with all the basics and the Wi-Fi worked... More
