Worst service I have experience. They ignore special request and gave my couple and I a room with 2 twins for St. Valentine's. They had a party at the lobby and because of the noise we were not able to sleep untill pass 2 am!. Even smoke came from the ventilation conducts!!!. This hotel is a true gem if you like rooms in screaming retro 70 / 80s design. I loved this hotel and was sorry that I only had 1 night there. Loved the decor of the room - very Victorian - and I got a great price of $150. Only wished that it was closer to the centre of town, although the taxi ride was not expensive. more
