Excellent hotel with great location. Visited Brussels as part of European vacation. Location is technically outside of center of city but barely. In my opinion, it is important to stay in the center of cities when visiting Europe for vacation. Brussels has a very small center city so it wasn't an issue to walk into the center with a 6... more

Arriving at hotel having booked with Hilton central reservations, I was told there was no reservation in my name. The receptionist agreed to the terms I had booked under and quickly got us a room. The room was large with a lovely little balcony. As smokers it was lovely to be able to sit outside or to open the patio... more

The impressive entrance makes you believe that the experience is going to be one to remember, unfortunately first impressions do not last long. The receptionist was rude, blunt and very unwelcoming. They had not read any of my request. With a 25 euro charge for the gym I requested why I was paying more to stay there than one of... more

This is truly a 5 star hotel. The lobby to this hotel is magnicent and appointed very nicely. The hotel staff and concierge were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. The taxi ride from the train station was only 5-10 minutes. This hotel was across the street from the metro which took you to all the sites within minutes.... more

I went on a long weekend break to Brussels and stayed at the Conrad Hilton Hotel. The staff upon check in were very friendly and helpful and even though we arrived just after 10am our room was ready. The room was very spacious and was on the 6th floor looking down into the centre of the hotel over the Terrace... more

Very nice hotel. I was surprised. I found a "deal" on-line and the average cost was like $120 per night for our 3 night stay. Very nice rooms and large by European standards. We checked in early and had no complaints. Nice area with lots of high-end shopping. It is close to the subway and cabs are actually pretty cheap.... more

We arrived in Brussels with no preparation whatever, and were taken to the Hilton as a random choice by a particulary irritable taxi driver. The Hilton being full,we were sent to the Conrad-fortunately it is within a short walk.Arriving on foot,AND spending real hard-earned money is probably not usual at the Conrad, but we were not treated with any visible disdain by the... more

We originally chose the Conrad because it had a pool which was key for the kids. However, we later learned that it is run by a separate health club and open to adults only. We still stayed there as this is a top quality hotel that I have stayed at for business in the past. The check in was fast... more

This is an amazing hotel situated on the equivalent of Londons Park Lane. It permeates luxury, with beautiful rooms, doormen , chandelers and everything that looks like money! If you can get this hotel at a discounted rate then go for it. The downside is everything there is expensive and nothing is for free. The gym which is usually free... more

Booked the hotel deal via Lastminute in an effort to do 5* luxury on the cheap. Were treated as though we were royalty. Excellent reception staff - friendly , helpful and accommodating. Fantastic rooms (upgraded) and immediate response /resolution to the small problems we encountered. One member of staff in particular - Nataphong (I think) - offered the best service... more
