All the staff are excellent- very helpful, polite. The rooms included extensive (and luxurious) toiletries, bath robes, slippers, free shoe shine, Nespresso machine & 8 choices of pillow. Breakfast excellent, lots of choice. More

Booked the Conrad as a treat over New Year. Rooms are OK - fairly luxuriously designed, but sadly in need of renovation. I stayed here using HH points but I'd be happy to pay the going rate to stay at this property! Room was very large, even by US standards. Luxurious, beautiful and the service is fantastic! The long walk to the old city is the only drawback, but cabs are available. More
