This is truly a 5 star hotel. The lobby to this hotel is magnicent and appointed very nicely. The hotel staff and concierge were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. The taxi ride from the train station was only 5-10 minutes. This hotel was across the street from the metro which took you to all the sites within minutes.... more

Very nice hotel. I was surprised. I found a "deal" on-line and the average cost was like $120 per night for our 3 night stay. Very nice rooms and large by European standards. We checked in early and had no complaints. Nice area with lots of high-end shopping. It is close to the subway and cabs are actually pretty cheap.... more

We originally chose the Conrad because it had a pool which was key for the kids. However, we later learned that it is run by a separate health club and open to adults only. This is an amazing hotel situated on the equivalent of Londons Park Lane. It permeates luxury, with beautiful rooms, doormen , chandelers and everything that looks like money! Booked the hotel deal via Lastminute in an effort to do 5* luxury on the cheap. Were treated as though we were royalty. Excellent reception staff - friendly , helpful and accommodating.
