I spent two nights at this hotel during a business trip, and really regret this choice. It was very expensive relative to the value - €120 per night. This could have been a function of demand for hotel rooms in Brussels during the week, but whatever the case, I felt ripped off. It presents itself as a 4 star establishment,... More

The hotel is located at Place Rogier and if you get a room to the main street there is a lot a noise. This time I got room to the back side which was pretty much better. The hotel is located close to the Metro and 5- 10 minutes’ walk from the North station. There is also just a short... More

It has a decent location, but very out of date furniture and bathroom. It does what it says on the tin, but not with any style. Bang average, it is clean but is also has a unique smell to the hall way and corridors. Not somewhere you would want to spend a decent amount of time,

The hotel has an excellent location near the metro station .It is not exactly like a 4* hotel but at least is ok for staying 1 or 2 nights . Maybe they should change the pillows ,there are very hard and big ...

I stayed for one night and the exoerience was possitive. The location was great, nearby train and metro station and the room was not noisy at all.. Staff was very kind and the the room was well set, clean and big enough, very well maintained although it looked a bit old mainly because of the very old tv set from... More

Pleasant atmosphere, nice room, good breakfast, and the staff of the receptionwas very attentive. Unfortunately, not all the staff is train to deliver four stars services: The cleaning staff was rude, inattentive, unresponsive to greet, not smiling. The housekeeper moved all cosmetics and the wet wipes on the radiator, she blocked my door with the cart full of dirty sheets,... More

This just was not what I was expecting for a 4* city central hotel. It was actually like a Travelodge but with dated bare minimal facilities at 3 times the cost of a Traveldoge! Pillows were rock hard Bed SOFT Carpet and curtains from the 70's No iron Teeny tiny TV Room so smokey had to sleep with window open... More

It's the small things that annoy you. Like plastic cups for fruit juice at breakfast, like cheap soap in the bathroom, like dreadful lumpy pillows. All could be changed overnight at minimal cost. What a pity because otherwise it is a fairly comfortable place to stay and very central and reasonably priced. Clean but basic is the most apt cliche

Dating from 1902, this attractive Art Nouveau hotel would have looked across the square to Brussels Nord station before that station was relocated northwards following completion of the Nord-Midi link in 1952. Today it still enjoys a good location, just a few metres from the Boulevard Adolphe Max exit from Rogier metro station, in a bustling area with loads of... More

The hotel has a very good location - near train station, metro stop and business centre. The staff was friendly and everyrhing was clean. But rooms facing the street are really noisy and everything is quite worn. Breakfast was also quite poor and scrambled eggs were seriuosly undercooked.
