When you arrive, there is nobody, you have to check in on a computer and get your key yourself. If there is a problem, you can call for someone. Rooms are nude, just one bed and everything integrated. For breakfast, you have some croissants and if you want coffee, you take it from an automatic machine ! But it is... More

As soon as you arrived at the hotel, you'll find a machine that makes your check in, no front desk clerk need. This means that you'll probably be a little confused, as we did, and ask for someone's help. The room is organized and clean, there is a nice street view from the window and this makes a perfect way... More

The hotel has a good location, 850m to Noord Train Station and 1.1km to Central Square, and all main attractions. You must self checkin but beware that the ATM does not accept visa electron cards. We called the guy from the reception and he had an universal POS that accepted our Visa Electron. They also have a lounge with vending... More

The location of this hotel is phenomenal! It's within walking distance of the main train station and close to all the major landmarks. Check in was a breeze! We never had to speak to an actual person, as everything is done with computers. The room was large, clean and quiet. They even have a lounge with vending machines for amenities!... More

I stayed here for one night and the automatic check in and entry was simple and quick although you can't check in before 3pm unless you've requested it. The rooms were clean and had big double bed, shower room and toilet. TV available with basic channels which you can upgrade via the wifi which was simple to set up and... More

Location:It is very close to Rogier Metro station and you can easily walk city center. Rooms:clean, basic, enough size but there is not any heating option. It is too cold for January. Choose "normal" hotel for this price(I paid 70 Euros for a night with two weeks early reservation!). Additionally, it needs a webpage with more information! There is "free wifi... More

The location is relatively good with subway stations not so far away and if you decide to walk (as I usually do) it will take you no longer than 20 minutes to the city center. My room's furnishing reminded me of the Wakeup Copenhagen Hotel - the same style and coloring - although the room in Maxhotel was noticeably larger.... More

Food poisoning struck on the bus from Paris so I was very to have that large comfy room in the heart of everything (lots of supermarkets around). I ended up staying 4 nights and thought the reception guy was really helpful. I wish other places were like this.

You get what to pay for in terms of how the hotel is furnished and it is a really good location to explore the city but the hotel functioned oddly. Personally I prefer to go to a reception desk, face to face with someone and check in, however you had to check in electronically outside of the locked hotel doors.... More

The hotel is located on a really good central place. The prices per person were really good to. The only thing what was a bit irritating was that we couldnt open the windows for fresh air and the cleaning ladys came on our room before the check out time. Good easy hotel and good beds.
