This was a very strange hotel for me because you do everything automatically without a human help. You use auto check in machines, you get a room card and pay. There are vending machines in the lobby where you can buy lots of thins food, beverage, stuff.. Rooms are big enough to have a space. Hotel was very quiet. The... More

I was prepared to give 4 stars, but I'll explain later why I didn't. The hotel is pretty ok and clean, rooms are spacious and modern. The hotel is a typical low cost, they give you slightly better prices than other similar hotels, but you have to pay for services like tv, wi-fi or even stuff lie soaps, shampoos, extra... More

First of all - this was a great bargain! We paid around €50 for each night (non-refundable rate with no daily cleaning). This is a low cost hotel which means that a lot of essentials are not included in the rate. If you need daily cleaining, toiletries, TV, Wi-Fi etc., this can be purchased from vending machines on the 1st... More

I found the max hotel to be very handy for a 2 night stay. It's well located between the train station & the central area with the main shopping street running behind. The self service check in was simple although there was a helpful man on hand who offered to print our train passes for us as we needed them... More

Very cheap, clean room and bathroom. Nice staff and helpful. Personal higiene means you can buy in the lobby, not available at the room. The location of the hotel is nearest to the centre of the city and thus apropriate for short business meeting. Im coming back for the next visiy in Brussels.

Stayed 2 nights at maxhotel in July and had a pleasant stay. Was looking for a hotel that was simple and basic but smart and modern. This hotel fitted the bill. I literally wanted a place to sleep so this was perfect for me. You check in at a self service touchscreen which was easy to understand and once that's... More

I stayed here for one night. My room didn't have luxury decor, but it was spacious, well presented, clean and quiet. Far better than many so called 3 star hotels I've stayed in. I booked in on a machine. This was a bit fiddly, and I hadn't been given a booking number when I booked on Expedia. But the reception... More

Good hotel in "green modern" style. Service was excellent - guy at reception helped us with our additional requirements. We need to use fridge and to print one page. Very pleasant young man. Also we had no problems with check in, because he also helped us with the machine. Room was clean and nice Only problem we had - is... More

A clean and spacious room, very modern design, ensuite bathroom and a GREAT location: just 10 minutes from the Grand Place and 2 minutes from Rogier metro station and close enough to Central Station. Did I tell you that this is a great location? Well, let me say it again. The price you pay for that location makes this a... More

The hotel is central and clean.I understand we are living in an era where all services should be automated to be more cost efficient but it sure has its disadvantages.I had a problem with my luggage not arriving on time at the airport and needed some human interaction @ reception to phone the airline. In the morning there was a pleasant...
